This is the third time I have attempted to go to this subway. The first time they were still open in the middle of the day but said that they were out of bread! Why are you open then? The second time I went I asked if they have any of the new sidekick items(churro) available? They said with an attitude that they didn’t prep any and it would be two hours before they had any. The third and last time I went today and asked again about the sidekick items. First I had to wait 10 minutes before anyone would come out of the back and help us. There were 6 people in line. You could hear them talking and laughing. We called out and rang the bell several times and no one came out. When they did they had a nasty and rude attitude. And again they said they had no cookies or churros prepped and it would be 2 hours. I won’t ever be back to this location. Read moreTo Whom it may concern, on today 10/6 I walked in to this location and was greeted by the manager in a very rude way because I ranged the bell in the picture. I did it in a jokingly manner as I was talking to another person in line. She told another customer she got distracted because I ranged the bell for no reason which was rude. I’m here to buy food not be treated rude. The bell is there on the counter for us to use. I don’t understand how she could be agitated by something like that.

Read moreI waited in front for 10 minutes. Didn't see the bell, it was way off to the side and not in a place that customers could see. When I said hello, I was met with such a hateful and rude attitude by the lady who came out. I asked her in a polite way why no one was up front, she said cuz we're in the back working. She was so mean and rude with how she was speaking to me. I asked her why she was being so agressive. I am a Muslim hijabi and with all the Islamaphobia going around, I'm sure she was being prejudice against me because she didn't talk to the man after me in that same manner.
