I was calling around for a specific kind of soda & this location had them. I spoke with Ms. Dee Dee, & she was very professional & helpful. I informed her that I will be traveling from where I live to them, & asked if they could hold the items at the counter & they were glad to do so. When I arrived, my sodas, were sitting in a basket at the counter, & they seem to be happy to see. It was a great experience all around. Each person that I talked to was very friendly & professional. On this particular day, the cashier was not friendly and I had to sack my own groceries and load them myself. No one said a word to me about it. The cashier had just left my groceries laying there untouched and turned to start ringing up the next customer. No one EVER offers to take my groceries out anymore. I am a senior woman and I have bad health issues. I have a bad back and it's hard to put the full bags into the car trunk. This has ALWAYS been my most favorite grocery store. I don't knowcwhats going on there but it needs to get back to the nice friendly store...

Pharmacy is great, but the grocery store cashiers needs IMPROVEMENT with their customer service towards other races..several times on the grocery side caucasian customers have been ahead of me and they were greeted with a "hello how are you doing" along with small talk...I (African American) get my turn to be checked out, there's no "hello" no conversion, until my total comes up and then I'm told how much I owe..no thank you, unless I say well thank hopefully I'll come again..But...
