Joe's Pizza — Restaurant in Tuscola

Very expensive for what you get. The breadsticks were soft on the inside. On the outside, they were seconds from being too hard and crunchy.... I would absolutely eat them again. Not for a dollar each though!! The pizza was not worth the price tag either, it wasn't bad by any means but I can go to a nice sit down restaurant in a town with a population above 500 and not pay such exorbitant prices. It was 55 dollars to get a pizza breadsticks and drink, including a nice tip. No complaints on the service! But.... 55 dollars I'm laughing. Bye bye Joe, you rip off. Charging 4 percent on top of the sky high prices to "encourage cash" is a ripoff as well when you don't announce it except for a small sign on the wall. I'd avoid this unless you had no...

I was really impressed by the food...pizza (tried the Warrior pizza), burgers, fries, and Italian beef...everything we ordered tasted great. It was also super clean inside. The mini pizza's felt reasonably priced enough that everyone could order what they individually wanted. I thought the warrior pizza had terrific flavor, and the crust and sauce were both yummy. We also got fried mushrooms, which were good and I wished there were more of for the price, but they looked hand battered...and they had them, which many places do not! The amount of fries served with sandwiches was really generous and they tasted great. The menu felt large, and I'm sure we'll be back to try the pasta dishes and other sandwiches. We had been wanting to try Joe's for a while. We ordered the veggie pizza. Seemed like the veggies weren't cooked long enough. If you like still-crunchy veggies on your pizza, you will probably like it. The seating is all in a large open room too, so it can get kind of loud and echoey. We felt it was a bit expensive for what we got too. A large pizza, bread sticks, salads and two drinks came to $42. I will say the service was friendly and the bread sticks were tasty. We may try some of their other dishes, but we didn't feel the pizza...
