TLDR: This place is trash, go to in and out, JR's burgers, Shake Shack, hell, your girls/guys cooking is probably better than this. This is the most expensive, jack in the box quality burger you'll get. Ordered a shake, burger and fries. My experience started with just 4 people in front of me and ballooned to about 14 behind me. After ordering with the cashier that was obviously high, I waited and a shake came out and the employee left it on the counter not calling any name or number. After waiting 30 min my friends started joking it was for sure mine, I laughed it off thinking no way. I waited another 15 min for my name/number to be called. They gave me my order AND THE 45MIN WARM SHAKE. I asked for a remake because it was warm water at this point and they refused.

It took an hour being inside the restaurant to make 1 shake, 3 burgers and 2 fries. While we waited we noticed the guy working the grill was unable to place more than 4 patties at once for lord knows why. (This means they are cooking 2 burgers at a time if you get a double) On top of that my friends paid $2 per topping and received no toppings across any of our orders. We ordered one thing and were all given cheeseburgers drenched in what I'm guessing is Lawry's.

Upon leaving, there were about 8-10 uber eats drivers pissed off waiting for orders because their kitchen staff was busy on an acid trip.

My suggestions: To the restaurant: Drug test, train and supervise your employees. To the property manager: Don't extend this lease and bring in something actually worth while. To people going here: DON'T, save yourself the time and money. Go eat at yogurtland if you have to.
