My husband and I are both directors at our jobs. Therefore, we work long hours at our jobs. Last night 4/12/23, around 9:20 we came in to order 1 tenderloin sandwich, 1 chicken salad, 2 tempura green beans and 3 large light lemonade, after a VERY long day. The cashier "Monica" proceeded to give us so much attitude and kept cutting us off when we were talking. We ordered 4 extra ranche dressings at the speaker so we wouldn't have issues. She once again cut him off and told him to ask at the window. Once at the window, she asked us for a tip, My husband declined due to her poor attitude. She handed him the bag, and he asked for extra ranch. She said I put some in the bag. He said yes, and I wanted 4 extra. She rolls her eyes and comes back with 2. He said, "Excuse me, I asked for 4. She said you have enough in the bag. That's entirely not the point. We asked for 4 extra at the speaker so we could pay. My husband, being an executive Chef of Culinary Services, knows about budget costs and inventory, so we get it. She closes the window on us and shouts I'm not giving them any more. I already gave them a couple in the bag! We sat there and waited almost 5 minutes and she REFUSED to come to the window. It was unprofessional, immature, and absolute JOKE. She finally comes back and says I already gave you 2 extra." I said yes, and I asked for 4 extra! Why didn't you charge me when we initially asked? She gave us a blank stare, and my husband said, "I don't know why you're acting stupid, making us wait here. She shouts IM NOT STUPID. He says I said you're acting stupid like you don't see." He is here waiting. She says I'm not helping you!!!" And my husband is like, "Get someone else then if you can't do your job!" She then shouts F* YOU!!! and then storms off while another comforts her over two 2 Oz cups of Ranch dressing that we were willing....more than willing to pay for. Nobody comes to the window except a gentleman in gloves and an apron....probably a line cook who apologizes profusely and gives us the dressing. He says she gets in trouble for giving out too much. I said well thars why I said over and over that we would pay." He said I don't know what's wrong with her, I'm sorry." I left a message online for someone to contact me. I'm extremely uncomfortable and feel harrased for the unacceptable drama that did not need to happen over some little Ranch cups I didn't mind ordering and paying for. I'm uncomfortable going to this location and can not wait until someone contacts me. Thank you to the cook who helped us last night. I hope the manager really takes a handle on the unprofessionalism going on. Screaming f* YOU over dressing is...
Read moreI have to say I enjoy eating at The Habit, but this store like the Arby's before it, is mediocre. I don't understand why it's so different from the other Habit's, it's a new location. Food at this location doesn't taste seasoned and the fries taste like they haven't changed the oil in months. It's only a matter of time until they shutter their doors as well. The wait is also ridiculous, I don't mind waiting, but not for under seasoned, sloppily put together, bland char cheeseburgers and cold fries. On top of getting a mystery bag of food the cashier's expect a tip. I tip for good service and good food. I wouldn't call waiting for almost 30min after putting in an order good service and going home to mid burgers and fries good food. The jack in the box across the street is better and their food probably comes frozen in bags. It's probably terrible for you, but you know what you're getting and as long as it's hot it's going to taste the same every time. Expectations are met. If you're going to have meh food at least have better cashier's who fake like they like their job. Is a hello and a repeat of your order so hard. How about a thank you for waiting would you like some condiments...
Read moreI only just half an hour ago got some dinner at your drive thru and due to technical issues with apple pay had to pay inside. I only witnessed y’all’s interactions with each other and one more customer beside myself for the tiniest amount of time. But what I witnessed gave away so much - idk how to call it - natural subtle and effortless joy, respect for one another and for the customers without the usual exaggerated fake politeness that I literally when I got back into my car considered to have my dinner inside just to witness it a little longer as it was truly heartwarming. I hope you‘ll continue having (what seemed to be a pretty amazing) atmosphere at work. I at least had the feeling that you all enjoy (to some extent for after all it is work) being there with your colleagues. Might sound like interpreting much into very little, but I wanted this to be...
