Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Tustin

Very unprofessional I went thru the drive thru made an order of above 50$ coming home from work trying to get home feed my kids and eat dinner not having to cook because we wer tired of working all day my wife and I. Lisa who gave me my order at the drive thru gave me my order wrong did not realized until I got home and fed my kids and I was about to eat dinner with my wife the food we had order for us to eat was not in our bags, so I decided to go back to get the item I was missing I went in the restaurant and happens to be Lisa the shift lead in charge, she claimed she couldn’t do anything about my order to compensate me about missing my food if I wanted what I was missing I had to get charged for it the only thing she could do was give me more food if I would of wanted more food I would of ordered it I told her so she kept saying that then there was nothing she could do I requested for the corporate number and said she didn’t have it or didn’t know it and that if I wanted to complaint to call the number that was in my receipt that, that was the only number she knew was used to complaint about her bad attitude and customer service …. I don’t know if the employees are not required to wear a badge but none of the cooks or customer service associates wer wearing their badge didn’t not know if I was really talking to Lisa who she claimed to be the shift lead in charge...

Went there 2 days ago to grab to go lunch since this place was just done being built and ordered a sourdough jack and when I got to work (which is 10 minutes away tops) the burger patty was hard as a hockey puck and the cheese had a texture of plain white paper. At first I thought you know what, maybe it was sitting there a long time because another customer ordered it and changed his mind and since my whole order was a little over $18 I decided to go back and get a new one made. When I got there I was greeted by a lady that was in charge of drive through because the original guy (Ismael) that took my order was on break. I told her my issue and showed her the burger and then she turned around and told her coworkers in Spanish that she didn't remember me (almost as like she thought I went to a different location and wanted to get this location to fix that mistake) but i showed her my receipt the second i got there which clearly showed i had just been there. The manager then came by and calmly took care of my issue and made me a new burger. I inspected the burger before leaving and then realized that the patty was just as hard as the last one. I decided not to make a fuss about it and accepted that this was the best that it would get and that I will never go to this location ever again and instead keep going to the one on Dyer or the...

I have always loved Jack in the Box,I grew up in North Tustin and the closest Fast Food of any kind in that area was the one on 17th Street and Yorba...going back to the day of when you gave your order to the quasi " Jack " in the little box at the drive through...back then,the food was lousy,but if you went to Foothill High ,not many other options.. Fast forward to today...I don't normally eat at this location ,but I was in the Hospital at Foothill Regional Hospital near this particular Jack, and getting really tired of the horrible food here,my friend who was coming to visit suggested " Hey you want me to get you a Buttery Jack" and I said great idea,get yourself one too,and fries,etc..we often would go to the Jack in the Box on Bristol near South Coast Plaza..always had good food there,made right,etc... WOW...this was the worst meal,ever..I am still sick to my stomach, the Buttery Jacks (we both got one) were ABSOLUTELY awful, hers was obviously reheated because part of the bun was hard as a rock...mine was simply disgusting and inedible.. I am going to write the Corporate Office and tell them about my fiasco, but wanted to vent...
