Horrible service c had an online order that was due at 415 pm & had to wait an extra 15mins for the salmon because they “ran out” honestly I call bull, the moment you realize my order needed fish is the moment it should’ve been made, I worked at sweet greens in 2017 so I know exactly how things work, they made my order last min & then notice there wasn’t any salmon, as I am waiting I was not offered a complimentary drink for my wait nor did I get the free bread that comes with my salad, dressings weren’t filled to the top, didn’t offer an extra dressing NOTHING to make me feel like I should come back here spending 17 dollars I can go anywhere but I chose to come here because I was excited to try this new location , the girl with the glasses wasn’t rude but she wasn’t the best at customer service either she just seemed like an “oh well” attitude very unfortunate that this is the only location in Orange County why didn’t the cook come out to apologize for the extra 15min wait ? That’s what they would did at the locations that I worked at ( Santa Monica/ Los Angeles ) this location has no sense of urgency or empathy for...

Awful Store manager Atmosphere is appalling. I made sure to asked a cashier to make sure who’s actions I was observing and it was the store manager Matt! he speaking to his staff on duty with so much hostility it was absolutely disgusting! I used to work as a store manager in the food industry so to see who they’re promoting as managers nowadays is a joke! I was waiting to order and as the line was getting bigger I could see the ones on service kinda looking for some help but manager was doing nothing near by while the services line at the front was dying. I understand rushs can get crazy but to be a store manager?! without a spec of reliability for the team they’re supposed to be leading and supporting is awful!! I definitely cannot support a business that allows their staff to be in such a hostile work...

We recently visited Sweetgreen and tried the Miso Glazed Salmon, Crispy Rice Bowl, and Shroomami. The salads were delicious, incredibly fresh, and the portion sizes were just right.

Each dish had a unique blend of flavors that made for a very satisfying meal. The Miso Glazed Salmon was perfectly cooked, the Crispy Rice Bowl had a delightful crunch, and the Shroomami was bursting with umami flavor.

However, we felt that the amount of dressing provided was a bit too little for the portions. A bit more dressing would enhance the flavors even further. Despite this minor issue, we found the prices to be reasonable considering the quality and freshness of the ingredients.

Overall, we are really happy to have discovered Sweetgreen and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend...
