7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Tyler

It was my first time going to 7brews after hearing so many great things about it i got a coupon in the mail for a free small drink and i decided to go today, it was my first time there and the one who got my order wasn't very helpful, i asked for recommendations and he didn't really suggest anything, i didn't feel welcomed once i ordered a brunette i feel like the guy had barely put my order in when some other guy from the inside came and gave him a drink in his hand and he handed to me all confused and i asked if this was the brunette i ordered he never responded and the drink he handed me the lid wasn’t fully on there and the entire side of the cup had spills on it and it was sticky, im sorry but no never again am i going back to waste money there, this is why I never want to try...

I started coming to this 7brew almost two weeks ago. I had a little anxiety about trying a new coffee shop because I wasn't familiar with their menu and I feel pressured if I don't have a quick response. 😅 However, the young man working that morning was super patient, and actually asked me questions to try and get a feel for what I like, to make sure I got a drink I would enjoy. Everyone else I have encountered has been super friendly! Their coffee is fantastic, and their classic Blondie is my FAVORITE. Having the new 7 Brew very near my office isn't good for my wallet! BUT, they have customer service with smiling faces just right! Today, I ordered a drink I saw on the screen & it wasn't what I expected in how it looked. Kayleigh (idk how she spells it) was quick to notice the look on my face & told me to try it before I drove away. I did not like it. She quickly offered to make me a different drink & delivered it with a smile. I appreciate her positive attitude & not wasting money on a drink I was going to trash. See ya soon, 7 Brew Crew!
