Oh boy, I had never had a bad experience at ChickFilA until today. The drive thru had speakers and not people. The lady taking the order over the speaker was not happy to be there (hopefully she got to go home soon). I ordered several things. The lady bringing the food was nice. But as I was leaving I realized I hadn't received the 4 piece chicken strips. I looked at the receipt and didn't see them. So I went around to the drive thru again and ordered them-- same girl, same monotone/not friendly voice. I told her I had ordered them before and she didn't put them on. She couldn't care less. I pulled around and ask the manager to look at the receipt to make sure I hadn't paid for them and just hadn't received them, he looked and I hadn't. I told him what happened and he didn't really care. Over the 2 trips around the drive thru (thank god it wasn't that busy) and the 4 employees that I interacted with, I only got 1 "My pleasure" to my thank yous. I mean, you go to Chickfila and you tell them thank you, you expect a My Pleasure. I Don't Know-- I hope the experience here gets better. The drive thru is a miss. I like the awnings so the workers are more comfortable, but it seems so much less personable. Also, the children running the place need some sugar or something. Not the same quality as the Lindale Location or the location...

This location consistently prioritizes every single drive-thru car before even beginning to address mobile-thru orders, and it happens every time I come here. Mobile-thru ordering is supposed to be convenient, but instead it means sitting in line for 15+ minutes while car after car that ordered after me sails through the drive-thru. Staff doesn't even acknowledge the growing line of mobile-thru order customers, and thereās no sense of urgency to fix the problem. Today was the last straw. I placed a mobile order for two simple nugget meals, checked in, and still waited 15 minutes while drive-thru orders placed after mine were completed. No explanation, no recognition, no service recovery. Iāve given this location chance after chance, hoping things would improve, but nothing has changed. At this point, Iām done with...

Meanwhile, Chick-fil-A over here is running circles around them like itās Sunday and the drive-thru angels are singing. The service? Faster than a two-minute drill. The food? Hotter than a Texas parking lot in July. And the smiles? More genuine than why-this-burgerās āwe promise nothing has changedā press releases.
Bottom line: My burger place may have traded in their Texas pride for Wall Street stock options, but this Chick-fil-A is still serving up chicken sandwiches with a side of āmy pleasureā that actually means it. Keep your burgers, YankeesāIāll take my waffle fries and sweet tea right here, thank...
