I've had some pretty bad experiences at fast food places, but this one takes the cake. First, the sandwich I ordered directly off the screen, which said "also available in spicy" I was told wasn't available in spicy. After informing the man taking my order that it says available, he agreed to give it to me so I'm thinking all is well. I pay, get my food, drive all the way home to realize not only did they mess up my sandwich... They gave me the ENTIRELY WRONG sandwich altogether. So I call the store thinking no problem, they will comp my order... Well I've been calling for over 20 minutes now non-stop and they still haven't even answered the phone for me to explain my problem. I will definitely never be going to this Burger King again, with customer service this terrible it's worth driving another 5 minutes out of my way to another store.
Update: So I finally got an answer, and when I explained the situation to the man who answered he asked "will you be coming back to get this taken care of tonight?". I said no, I'm already back home with my family, and he said "ok well I need to get back on the line bye" and hung up before I could even get another word in. SERIOUSLY!?!?!? This is absolutely outrageous. Didn't offer to put me on a comp list, didn't offer to refund my debit purchase, just hung up! I seriously don't understand how this person even has a job in a customer...
   Read moreHonest people work here. Cindy took my order and was very kind and pleasant to bring my order out to me. My fries and whopper were just like I had requested. 24hrs later I got a call from my bank that my wallet was reported at this Burger King location. I was in disbelief because kind actions like these are hard to come by. There was 300 in cash and not a dime was missing or cards misplaced. When I arrived for pick up I felt at home, and wish I could hug and kissed all these women who took the time to find me and return my wallet to me. This was truly and an act of kindness and yet I find myself speechless to think how grateful I am for all these women working as a team to deliver my wallet. Cindy and Christy refused I tip them and if I could I shower them with flowers and cash! I not only trust them with my food but now with my wallet! What a blessing to have rare gems like these humans be...
   Read moreI walked in this morning and waited to be served for a couple of short minutes, and was poorly greeted by Tim, the General Manager. His attitude towards me was like it was an inconvenience that I was there. I couldnât help but notice his attitude towards the very nice girl working the drive through was terrible as well. They werenât that busy, so I didnât see the point in the hot headedness. I think Tim was having a bad morning and was taking it out on his employees and customers, which I can empathize, but you have to keep a professional attitude throughout the day no matter how bad it is.
The food was good enough, although there were old hash browns and French fries mixed in with my order of hash browns.
Overall not a great experience, but not a terrible one. I may return again in hopes that the atmosphere, quality, and work environment...
