I'm not a Target shopper. Heard they're struggling this year due to competition and pricing isn't competitive any longer. Received a postcard in the mail, $5 off now, $5 off in the New Year. Coffee Pot just died. Why not see about supporting them a bit?? Went in at 11pm mid-week mid-month Dec. I understand it's not Nordstrom (do they sell 5-C coffee pots??) but whew, WHERE is this item that's on the shelf display?? Pull the item off the shelf along with the tag. Find a guy, ask about it. He scans tag, don't have any. What can I do to GET it?? Dunno, try up front. Really?? This is definitely not Nordstrom, huh?? LoL, service is what sets a business apart, ppl. So anyway, go to the girl in guest relations area (or what's that big banner say??) doesn't seem you have these here, any chance i could get one?? Scans it, looks at me, says same thing, we don't seem to have any. Thank you, so anyway, any chance to get it?? I could give you a raincheck. Thank you, but kinda wanted coffee before the year ended, have a lil more than 2 weeks still, what are the chances?? Uh, well, doesn't seem anyone has ordered it, but here are a list of stores that show to have it. Ok, where IS this city, I'm in small town Texas, new here, and everything seems to be a day away. Don't really know, she answered. Ok, is this list by how many each store has or by distance to THIS store?? Dunno.... Getting nowhere fast, pic up the display, the display card, go back to the coffee pot area, replace it all. Check again my options, all 12-C biggies. Walk out, go up the street to a competitor, get one at A MUCH better price (even with the Target coupon) and enjoyed my coffee the next morning. Sheesh, wonder not anymore, Target, why you're...
Read moreUPDATE: I just wanted to add a funny update. I still have not gone back to Target because of their bathroom situation. Ive even stopped ordering from their ap to pick up. Im not petty, just dis allusioned. 🤣
To be fair this review actually has nothing to do with the store itself or its staff. My complaint is with the "new" bathrooms here. #1 Only one disabled or larger stall. If you are not of "average" size or smaller you will struggle with the size of the new stalls. My thighs practically touched both walls. #2 The height of the toilet itself. If you're older, pregnant, have a disability or injury.... look out below or bring a friend. You might need them to help pick up up off the floor because yes, the toilets are practically on the ground. Literally below my knees, mid calf. I had a panic attack in the fking stall because I didn't think I could get back up. Wtf! #3 In addition to having toilets on the floor and tiny a$$ stalls, the genious designer of this bathroom felt it was appropriate to also place the toilet paper dispensers so low to the ground you might as well forget about it. My latest experience was so traumatic I will honestly not come back maybe ever. Right now I would rather drive to Longview then to have to go through the experience of, God forbid, nature calling while at this store again. That's my rant. Consider...
Read moreIt’s not the store itself it’s the employees! They aren’t very much help when you need it so I don’t bother yo ask, there are a few in self check that want to hover over some and not greet yet wish others well on their way out. Learned recently they don’t honor their listed prices. Radomly picked up a shelf on the way out due to its price. There was a silver stack and a black stack both with the same price in front of them. I thought good price so I picked it up with all of my other items. Got to checkout and it was double. I went to take a pic to prove what it was marked and was told sorry it’s not that price. Then a manager named Moses came over saying “we don’t do that anymore”!?!?! Do what?!?! Do what?!? Honor what your prices say?! He then proceeded to say that’s why you have the app to scan things for pricing! Why the heck would I go around scanning things that look correct and marked for both finishes. He was very condescending and dismissive. I wish we had multiple Targets like the...
