I don’t expect much out of fast food, but whatever was happening with this location tonight was the worst I have ever seen out of any fast food place in Tyler. Sat in line for near an hour, watching people get small bags handed to them through the drive-through window, finally get our food and we’re missing items… and they tell us that we have to go to the back of the line. We voiced our concerns about how we don’t want to go to the back of the line to wait another hour for only TWO tacos. The young girl at the window very rudely says “that’s too bad, that’s our policy, and our lobby is completely full”… while inside there is only two groups of people no more than 10 people total. While we were still getting refused to be taken care of at the window, some other guy walked up with the bag and handed it to her to give to us and said it was on the house. When we got home and opened it our food was wrong. All three items were made incorrectly, including the item that was handed to us originally. They were not understaffed. There was plenty of people that we saw inside working… very disappointed with how tonight went. Just tried to get food for my autistic child who has an aversion to lettuce and all the items we got were packed...
Read moreI ordered a #6 and an extra additional chalupa and a chicken quesadilla with extra sauce on the side. I was shorted an entire chalupa. My quesadilla was half empty and I did not receive the extra creamy jalapeño sauce I paid for. I also requested extra of both mild and hot sauce and received only 4 mild sauce packets. For the same price at 11 oclock as 5 o’clock I had hoped to at least receive everythjng I had actually ordered even if my quesadilla was half empty. Disappointed to say the least. This is one of my favorite fast food places and I paid for product I did not receive.
