Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Uhrichsville

Ordered a pizza by phone today..June 19th 2019...around 7pm..Went into town to get it..When I got to the counter, asked for my order..They looked and said the delivery driver took it ..We will make you another one..Not I'm sorry can I make you another one..or If you wait I'll add something for free for your trouble..NOTHING...I had to get back home and couldn't wait on another pizza..I called pangrazios and they got one ready for me.. If a customer takes the time to order and the time and gas to drive into town..The least they could do us say Im sorry..and can we get you another one or add to your order while you wait .. Things happen I know..and if handled just a little bit different..the outcome would have been different..they lost a customer and pangrazios gained one.. My husband said they get no...

Ordered a sub on 8/1/2025 at 7:14 pm. My tracker said it was ready at 7:26 so I went to pick it up. When I got there at 7:35, a guy gave a little attitude and said they were an hour out. I said ok, fine but tracker said it was ready. Another worker come over " looked at screen" she said 20 minutes. I left , went back at 8. My sub is ice cold..it has been ready since 7:26..(on the ticket)..I'm a frequent customer but this just did me in. I can't even eat it..threw away $8..East of Chicago is closer!! Store #2223...

I’m giving 5 starts because they typically knock it out of the park. I honestly never liked Dominos until this one. However, today, I placed a order with the app at 1:06pm (for Carryout). At 1:35 it still said they were preparing my order. The confirmation Email said 15-20 minutes, So I assumed there was a issue with the app. Drive to the store & my order was JUST put in the oven. Not sure why it took 30+ minutes to prep a medium pizza, but that’s pretty ridiculous. It’s now 1:44 & Im STILL in the parking...
