I ordered a pizza at 5:41 pm. After a long wait time they delivered the wrong pizza. Calling the store they stated not to eat the pizza delivered. Remake came at 7:20 pm. I called the store once again to complain before the second delivery and manager. Zeke stated he would refund the money and that I could keep the original pizza. What he actually did was give me a store credit. I was out of town and did not need the store credit. The driver came delivered the remake and I called the store back to say I did not want a credit but a refund. Zeke the store manager then took back his offer and said we got both pizzas. Again I asked for a refund. Finally he gave me a refund for $12.55. I then told him this was poor customer service. I want to know the name of the owner. He said the owner’s name was Ace Duncan. He then said he did not know the owner’s telephone number or email address and that I could call corporate. He stated he did not know corporate number either. This is piss poor customer service from the store the manager and the owner.

As a loyal repeat customer, I know what I should receive when I order. I was extremely inconvenienced, especially since I’m recovering from a serious accident and cannot easily return to the store. Offering $2 for their error was unacceptable. This shows very poor customer service and judgment by management. I expect Marco’s corporate to step in and address this. Customers should not be dismissed when an order is wrong.

One of the kitchen managers was interviewing someone, and once he finished, he went to the kitchen making pizzas. He didn't wash his hands. Another manager came in to make his own pizza, and he didn't wash his hands either. They gave me the messed-up pizza for free. Gee, thanks. Needles to say I was disappointed and will not go back.

Placed order at 8:37. After hanging up and waiting for almost 40 minutes I noticed the girl on the phone did not give me a wait time. So I call back at 9:11. I’m put on hold for 10 minutes. The phone HANGS UP, and I have to call back. I call again at 9:22. A guy answers and tells me the wait time for delivery is 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I’m appalled but say ok. I then say my pizza won’t be hot by the time it gets here. He then says he can make another one when it’s ready to be delivered. I say ok, than you, and hang up. I call back at 10:38 since it has been 2 hours. The girl I originally spoke with answers the phone, recognizes me and my order and says my pizza is coming out now. I say ok fine, thank you. 11:17 I call back and a guy answers the phone and says my order was CANCELED. Why? They can’t tell me. Why can’t they tell me? They don’t know, So after waiting almost 3 hours for a pizza my order is canceled. I say why didn’t anyone bother to call me. He says they did call me. I’m trying to stay calm because his lying is so terrible. Then he goes on to say that the driver tried to deliver my pizza twice and called me twice. There is no record of him calling me and he can’t tell me if there is record of that being so. HOWEVER, there is record of me calling them 5 TIMES. He recites the same phone number I’m calling from, which is the number I gave, and only knows my number because he can see how I’m calling, I hang up but then proceed to call back because I don’t think it’s right I have to wait 3-5 days to get a refund after they messed up and proceed to lie about it. So I call again at 11:23 and he states that at 9:13 the driver tried to call me. FUNNY. Because when I called at 10:38 the girl said my pizza WAS JUST COMING OUT. Don’t order from here. If they were honest with me and told me what really happened I wouldn’t even be writing this review. But since no one had the same story and they clearly lie to cover up their mistakes, it had to be done. ONLY ORDER IF YOU WANT TO WAIT AND BE LIED TO. You’re welcome.

P.S I find it odd that the manager (ALI NAQVI) is leaving a review for his own place of business, that he will probably delete because it's very tacky. Which also leads me to think he has people leaving fake positive reviews to give them a rating they don't deserve to drive in business they cant...

NO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On August 18 at 7:30 PM I ordered a pizza from Marco Pizza on Buffington Road in Atlanta 30349. The pizza was delivered at 8:21. It was delivered cold, dry, and uncut..I ordered ALL MEAT, however 4 of the eight slices had nothing but pepperoni and cheese, I also ordered wings that I received salty and mushy. I called the restaurant to express my concern and I was told that they could issue me a five dollar credit. Please keep in mind I spent over $40 on this horrible food. I was told by the young lady that I would need to bring the food back to the restaurant if I wanted them to do anything different. At almost 9 o’clock at night I went to Marco Pizza on Buffington Road Atlanta Ga 30349 and took them that nasty, dry, uncut pizza back. When I entered the building I was not immediately assisted once the young lady did address me and I explained to her I was order number 178. She in term looked at the Pizza and walked away. She came back and said there’s nothing she can do because we had eaten the pizza I said well ma’am there’s only two slices missing. We had to taste this food in order to know it was an proble, and what about the wings? She said there was nothing they could do. I then asked for the franchisees information because I knew she was not the owner being that I work in this industry myself. I knew that if I reached out to the franchisee, I could get results. However, this young lady became very irritable very rude and nasty. she in term told the other employees not to give me any information and that I should leave the store. She then became combative with my husband, screaming and yelling at him as if he was the one in the wrong.. please note I don’t feel this establishment is a reflection of the other Marco Pizza locations in the surrounding area. It just happened to be the closest one to my house. I should’ve used my first my and just got Little Ceasar’s for less the price and definitely better customer service . Also, I reached out to my bank and disputed the charges so if the franchisee is out there that owns the store on Buffington Road in Atlanta Ga 30349. please reach out to me as I would like to discuss this with...

I’ve had delivery from this place once and carry out once.

Let me first start with the delivery experience. The delivery experience through door dash was horrible. It wasn’t so much door dash that was the issue but Marcos pizza . They initially estimated that my delivery would be ready with 48 minutes. After that time came and left they added an additional 30 min window. The poor guy from door dash was waiting on my order for probably 40 min in total which to me is pretty inconsiderate.

The next time I ordered I went in to carry out. The young Africa. American lady at the front was pleaseant and patient while I placed my ordered. I initially thought that she was the supervisor because of how well she knew her stuff. However, once my order was ready and after checking it I realized that my medium pizza was only cut into 6 pieces which I found to be odd and thought maybe they gave me the wrong size pie. I brought it to the attention of the Caucasian women who I guess was the actual supervisor and she tried to explain that it was the correct size and just not cut in the correct amount of pieces. What I did not like about Rachel if that’s her name is one, how closely she hovered her unclean hands over my pizza, two, how defensive she became after I brought the situation to her attention and three how incompetent she came off regarding good practices of an ideal supervisor when compared to the other young lady. It apparent that she must be rarely new as she wasn’t even aware of what “chicago style cut” means when it’s clearly something the store has done before based on previous yelp reviews photos. One thing I can not stress enough is customer service matters; how you treat and speak to customers matter, and ensuring that customers are happy especially when you’re in the wrong matter.
