Casey's — Restaurant in Union Township

Was about to give 3 stars...but thought about it again so here goes 2!

Walked into tonight Wednesday 6/12/24 , 40 minutes before close . You can tell the guy here is trying to get things wrapped up. He didn't say hi, NOTHING! I went to the bathroom, biggest stall.. looking down on the ground and I see three dots on the ground to which look like blood. I thought hmmm!?!?! Not to be too blunt but it certainly is not from a woman on her period, so, the only other thought is that it has to come from somebody using drugs and and squirting out their blood from the needle on the ground. What else could it be? I would like to think that is something else... anything else for that matter!

I leave out of the bathroom, take a look at some donut holes and just for a little bit of donut holes in a little container it's $4.99 WOW! What a rip off lol! My goodness!! NO WAY! And I thought across the street at Sunoco that the owner there with his prices was crazy...( And they are trust me ) But it seems these guys are the same!. At some point you guys have to do consider what you guys are doing as far as prices are concerned, as being TOO ridiculous! Just BC we went through a pandemic and prices increase, does not mean you have to take advantage of ppl to that extreme and it's sad to say but some places are doing that. Yes there's the excuse, the good old excuse of it's a convenience store and we all understand that but some places are going above and beyond like this place.

I also do want to include the good things like when I first pulled up you notice how I knew this place is and that is much cleaner than a lot of other places and that's true but it's because it's newer. But then you walk into the bathroom and yes it is clean too but there's no reason why the floors should look like they're not being mopped! I'm curious as to how often they mop their floors?! Because it certainly does not look like an everyday thing! Sure a customer could come in and do what they have done in one of your restrooms but I would also question the employees there! So yes of course I took pictures! Let's be realistic it's not like somebody's painting their nails sitting on the toilet and dropped 3 specific drops of what looks like to be red blood on the ground in one of the women's bathroom stalls! GROSS and COMPLETELY unsanitary! Yes the few drops of blood are in the biggest stall on the ground In front of you almost under where the baby changed is but you can see it clearly if your sitting or hovering over the toilet right in the ground in front of you IF they haven't cleaned it up yet after this review. The pics make it look kind of a brown/red color, it's blood! Please clean this!

And if that weren't enough, I would say on my way out the door the fact that your employee didn't even want to smile or look my way whenever I said something on top of the fact that I wasn't even greeted when I came in, yeah I would say that was enough! It's a shame that too many places lack basic customer service skills from employees. But not every place is like this. I just recently moved near this store. I probably have visited around 10 times. Yes, the pizza was ok, very undercooked. The service is hit or miss, some workers look and act like they don't want to be there. I recently visited and ask for lottery as I have in the past. She prints it and hands it to me, then proceeds to ask me for my ID! I said since when do you card for lottery, she didn't answer me, just says so you don't have your ID? I said no it's in my car, also saying I am 59 years old and I have NEVER been carded to buy lottery! She's just looks at me with a blank stare. Note: If you are going to card someone for lottery, maybe not hand them the printed ticket first! I told her to keep it and the other things I bought. I won't be back! I sure miss my gas station on SR 74 and Tealtown. Awesome people there! Always so kind and friendly. I won't go...

Nothing but great customer service! Actually over the top nice here and this location is very clean! I will be a regular from now on! Whatever growing pains they had it is now fixed. One last thing is they have the absolute gas prices in this area. No I do not work here but I review many places weekly! I highly recommend this establishment!

Update 9-4-22 810 p.m. Walked in and the first thing that happened was 2 girls ran towards the kitchen yelling they got crop dusted. I went to the counter and waited about 3 minutes for the guy that supposedly crop dusted the girls to help me. Very...
