First I want to say that the reviews about certain staff being terrible, is accurate. I'm going to be very honest here about my experience. I am not judgemental, I am just stating the facts!!! Before I begin I'll say this, it would be nice if little caesars customer service or anybody for that matter would care enough to contact their customers after a negative review or a complaint is made so that they can address the issues at hand and try to fix anything that they can. It seems that Little Caesars is just betting on the fact that people will still come through and purchase their pizza because it's inexpensive . but that is not the case, they are losing customers left and right because of their terrible service and or staff as well as customer service not being much help because they do not want to address the issues which would be a good start!
So, I went in to the Mt. Carmel location just a little after 4pm on 9/19/20 to get a pizza on my child's b-day, per my child's request. I walk in, phone in hand prepared to use a coupon that I had on my phone from Little Caesars. First and foremost as I approach the counter, the guy who was the one working the counter, did not have a name tag so I cannot even mention this person by name because I do not even know what his name is. Secondly, he's at the counter without any type of mask on. That means that he is speaking to customers back and forth within just a couple of feet distance between one another. Instead of having a mask, he had a blue bandana tide behind his neck and it just hung down kind of like you would see a cowboy wearing in a cowboy movie or something like that. So, I have no idea why this guy was not wearing a mask, I also do not know why he even had a bandana tied around his neck if he was not even going to attempt to use it at all! Third, I honestly hate saying this part, but I am being truthful, this guy was VERY unkempt. so not only did he not seem to care about his appearance at all, but it looks like he had not showered or like he had washed his clothes at all. So here I am as a customer thinking what the heck? Do you guys want take pride in how you present yourself? If not at the very least while you are in front of customers each and every day in handling their food or making it?? Here comes the part where I'm being maybe a little too honest here...but I am almost more than 100% sure that he was intoxicated. No, not drunk, but high. I do not say something like this easily. and I do not think that it's okay to just throw words like this around period but I am saying it because it's true. Forget about the fact that he was on untidy, forget about everything else. This guy could not seem to manage a typical conversation. He was confused a lot, almost like he didn't know how to performs one of the most basic functions of his job. He was also trying to avoid communication it was just all really weird. This is all based off of me trying to communicate with him letting him know that I had a coupon to use .needless to say I ended up walking out there not getting to use the coupon. I can't even get into all of that and what I experience going through all of that with this person. It was such a huge ordeal for this person. after me being in there for a couple minutes I finally just stopped even trying to communicate with this guy. But made the whole thing worse about the interaction is the fact that the manager had come up to the front because she finished her shift and was leaving. But she chimed into the conversation and just thought the whole thing was hilarious. I'm not sure what's going on with that staff there right now but it seems to be very clear that there's upper management or even possibly general managers or area managers that absolutely do not care about what's going on at some of the locations. It seems that all they care about is raking in the money. But you cannot earn money by losing customers over issues you will not fix,...
Read moreI was trying to pay for pizza using 2 different methods one was $30 cash and the rest of $11 and some change on a debit card. There was only $30 on the card total. I paid for the $30 part it put approved with a check. I removed my card. I asked the cashier what the remaining total was and she Misheard me (not her fault mistakes happen and she admitted that she did to her manager). So when she cancelled the transaction it refunded it to card, however sometimes it takes a day or 2 for the money to get back on the card. So now I had now way to pay for the remainder and instead of the manager making it right for the mistake that was made. He said, "Well I can't just give you food for free." And mind you I had already paid the remainder cash proportion at this point. So it wouldn't have been free at all. Another customer eventually offered to pay for my order and did. God bless people like that. Little ceasers would rather let a single mom come out of her pocket for a stranger than fix the issue that they created...
