Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Union Township

The BEST pizza chain in the Eastgate area hands down, and this is their best location! The food is always fresh, hot, and delivered before the time it says it will be, and the drivers are all always so nice. The pizza is delicious, but let me tell you that they have the BESSST hoagies and wings, way better than any other pizza place locally and I will die on that hill. My family has been ordering from this location since I was a kid and now I’m grown ordering it for my own family. Definitely something I can order and KNOW it will be gobbled up even by my pickiest of eaters. My kids ask for them by name because even they know this is the best pizza chain around, and this location does it best! We will try to “mix it up” sometimes and get Grammas or Dominos pizza but every single time I am left disappointed and wondering why we didn’t just order some PJ! While other pizza chains have and are going WAY DOWNHILL in service, quality, and taste, this location has quite literally never let me down! And did I mention the hoagies, wings, and cheesey flat bread?! Yeah, their pizza is amazing, but if I’m being 100% honest, hands down I’m ordering this half the time strictly for a hoagie. Ordered at 6:02, called at 6:22 to change address because it started raining and we moved from community pool down the street, called at 7:16 to see where it was and was told it was completed. I said I didn't have it. Guy said they came to pool and no one was there. I said I called an hour ago and specifically told them to change to our house. He said delivery person knocked and no one answered. I said no one came...we have 8 people here sitting in living room right next to door and that I wanted it ASAP. He said he had 17 people in front of us and was very rude/argumentative about situation. I asked him to have manager give us a credit and deliver pizza and he said he would get it to us when they could. No pizza yet at 7:32, and concerned pizza will have something done to it. I just ordered online from the Clough Pike location. My 1st ever order. Total was $65.59. After I submitted the order, received error "your order did not go thru, try again...BUT my cell went off telling me they charged my card, then again, again, & again. I looked at my visa account and they charged my card 4 times!! I called. 1st young man was nice, but I asked for a manager. He said his name is Tiwan (maybe he made that up, not sure).
