Mill Dam Corner Grille — Restaurant in Union Township

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! Came from out of town for a festival. Only place serving breakfast as early as we were up. Walked in to a really dark dirty floored bar. Sat at the only spot available. Back in the corner under an ac vent in complete darkness can't even see the menu. Sat there for about 10 minutes before being greeted. Ordered pop she brought it back in a can and a red Solo cups with ice to pour it in. Ordered a breakfast burrito that states on the menu "egg cheese and your choice of meat, optional green onion OR peppers for an ADDITIONAL $.50" the gentleman I was with ordered a omelette that did NOT state anything on the menu about having mushrooms in it. Food comes out looking great for the price(veryyyyy cheap) i had ordered toast with mine, didn't receive it. Luckily the gentleman I was with was indeed a gentleman and gave me two prices of his. Open them up and saw them SLATHERED in butter, spray butter. Take one bites of my burrito. ONIONS AND PEPPERS in it. Onions not even cooked, cheese not melted, eggs look disgusting. His omelette had mushrooms in it. WHAT IF WE HAD BEEN ALLERGIC TO THESE ITEMS?!?! Luckily we are not. I didn't even eat my burrito. Only people waiting on people are the bartenders and I get it, they're busy bc the festival brought in so much business but she had walked past out table about three more times never asked us how the food was or if she couldn't get us anything else. We sat there for about 10 min again before we gave up got up and walked to the bar to get our check. We we're told to hold on and she'd being it to us. When she did again was never asked how anything was and my burrito sat open and u touched on the table in front of her. I guess moral of the story is you really do get what...

my wife and I were on the bikes last night and we had our son with us. After our ride before we went home, we decided to stop at the milldam and grab a light dinner. To our surprise, the pizza was half price. This was definitely appealing considering we had had their pizza before and liked it. We were promptly greeted by our server. Once we sat down. Other than her, bringing our food out, we had no interaction with her again until the check was brought out by a different server. so needless to say, I was not at all happy with the service. The pizza was slightly warm. Asked for hot sauce after the pizza came out, but never saw the waitress again. I could visually see her checking on other tables and other customers at the bar and laughing and joking. this was a little frustrating, considering I had heard so many good things about this place. We do not frequent this place nor after last night will we. I kind of got the feeling that unless you were a local or a regular, your money or presence did not matter. That’s quite sad. Considering I usually only like to frequent small business establishments. Hopefully from here on out, they do not treat all customers as favorites and not favorites. hopefully they do...

At work, hangry, lol. Mills Dam is only a 5 minute drive from my job. Haven't been here for a while. Ordered carry out for me and coworkers. OMG! Their food is consistent. I love that about this establishment. The "All The Way Pizza" (choose 6 toppings) was phenomenal! Crispy crust, edge to edge toppings! No disappointment to the palate. The Chef Salad was was scrumptious and they pile it in the carry out container, which was a generous size indeed! Choice of salad dressing in the side. I chose blue cheese. Yummy! Also ordered their delicious Homemade Chili. Good for the soul, warms the tummy. Simple, nice, flavors that make you smile. Their menu is a nice one, much to choose from. Breakfasts served all day. Opens extra early, before other pizza joints, and closes late night too! Full service bar filled with a variety of Spirits! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Free standing building with on site parking. Normally packed. A good sign! A definite must go place to eat & drink. Certain hours may be suitable for children but is an atmosphere for the 21 and over crowd. Highly recommend Mills Dam Corner Grille to everyone! Bon appetit & Cheers to everyone!...
