Burger King — Restaurant in Union Township

Hebron Ohio Burger King. First was in the drive thru. Placed order and redeem coupon (expired in 15 minutes) at the same time. By the time I moved up to the pay window I had less than 3 minutes remaining. Cashier had to call Manager for help, as my expiration time is counting down, manger keys in coupon code with 45 seconds to spare out of my 15 minutes. Food pickup window has been empty now so I pull up expecting my food to be already there with how long I waited at the pay window. Nope had to wait another 3 1/2 minutes on that also! Second I used the Burger King App to place order for pickup. I walk in to a couple already standing waiting on their order for 7 minutes. Not one employee asked if I had been helped. One employee turns around to the couple and says "well here's your food..." the man goes to sit down, woman waits for another 3 minutes and finally says "we're still waiting on our drinks" same employee turns around with arms up screaming "I know, can you please just give me a minute" another employee stops and asks what the drinks are and grabs them. Finally a manager comes up to help and asked what I needed. Explained I had the mobile order # ** she turns to the screen and says she needs it, as one employee is yelling about not making anymore food because all he is doing is making double orders because someone is not clearing the orders away when they're made. My order wasn't even on their open screen, Manager had to find it! As she hands me my food she said she'll grab my drinks and walks to drink machine, turns around to stand back with employees just watching..... then goes and grabs my drinks in the slowest speed humanly possible. Those are the two big ones I remember, every other time in between they still take forever! Nobody there seems to know what they're doing and being in FAST food they're NOT taking care of orders quickly at all! !AVOID! WARNING !AVOID! Just pass on by. The staff were rude, so very rude. We walked in and went straight to the restroom. When we came out of the restroom an employee immediately confronted us. It seemed they were hovering around/outside/near the restroom. They started berating us saying bathrooms are for customers only. Tried to tell them we were going to be customers. In fact I had an app/mobile coupon ready on my phone to use. They kept going on & on. We then decided that we were not going to eat there. As we began walking out the employee said something to the effect - SEE I KNEW YOU WEREN'T GOING TO ORDER or some such. Well not with that attitude and zero customer service skills & utter lack thereof. As we walked out I held my cell phone up facing them showing my coupon code. We are from West Virginia, we didn't just decide to drive 3hrs to your restaurant to just steal/use your commode & toilet water. Burger King is our favorite burger and we always get the Hershey pie. I ordered online for a pickup order. In theory you order online, pick your pick-up time, and just go to the order pick-up counter to get your food. That's not how it worked for me. I ordered and set my pick-up time, easy peasy. I show up, on time, but there's no order. After searching thier system it apparently never came through. I pulled up my receipt email to prove 1) I was at the right store, on the right day, at the right time 2) I had paid for my order already and 3) I wasn't trying to steal or get free food. After it was confirmed that I really did place an order, the staff said they'd make the order and it would be right out. Twenty five minutes later I finally got my food. And what was this order that took so long to make? Three whoppers, two large fries and a kid's meal. Gee, I'm so glad I tried the "faster" way to order.
