Mother and I come in about everyday before work so you can say we're frequent customers. Here lately been having issues with the $4 off card and they refuse to give you it off if the card isn't "activated". (Was gaven the card from the Georgesville, Ohio Starbucks) that has happened twice now. Was told that they should of and just taken the card and gave the $4 off. Then my mother ordered a cheese danish and left it on the counter by accident and when she walked away someone took it. I came in and they did not even offer to replace it. I've never had a Starbucks ever act like that before. Noticed there are a lot of new people in there maybe teach them good customer service and have them go to a full on store location to learn. Come on... you are the first people that people see in the morning to start their day which impacts their day believe it or not. Make sure your customers are happy and pleased EVERY TIME...
