When we were looking for a new landscaper this year, we had interviewed several. Adam seemed like a very hands on guy and appeared to care about his customer service. And that was the case for the first few months. He would be on site for all cuts, he would reach out and make sure everything was going well. Then things changed. He was not on site anymore for the cuts (which is fine), but the cuts were not getting done. I have several cameras around my home and caught his team walk on my property, look over the fence, and get back into the car - NEVER TOUCHED THE GRASS. I kept quiet about it a few days to see if they would claim it was cut - and they did. It was not until I called them out and said I had video of their "visit" that they conceded it was not cut. Then 2 weeks later, once again, the team shows up for the weekly cut. Back yard was cut and the front yard was not. Again, video proof. I called Adam and told him I had enough of his team trying to rob me and he gave me a response to the effect of "at least they cut the back yard, that's the important part". When you pay for a job, that is not how things work. When I pay for a full cut then I expect the full property to be cut. Its not the opinion if it needs to be cut or if they feel like cutting for the day. Sorry, I don't like being charged for work...

They are hired to remove snow at a complex in edison nj and they failed to do that simple task leaving many elderly people to slip and fall if they had to venture out all weekend for any purpose. Many other residents were also stranded by this company's inability to comply and fulfill the contract they signed to remove snow and ice. Maybe the owner should have classes and videos for the employees on how to use a shovel and rock salt.

Read moreToday I was doing some shopping in the Clifton Target Store . And as I was putting my groceries and items into the trunk of my car , my back was facing the parking lot , I feel a lot of hard objects hitting my body and my car , with the sound of hard rocks . I immediately turn around and see this Company truck ejecting salt all over the parking lot while there’s customers with children in the lot walking and putting things in their cars . This man did not use caution at all . He recklessly kept going around the lot . I walked up to his truck to let him know and he stopped ejecting the salt while he listened, but said nothing in response. He hit a button by his steering wheel , stuck his middle finger up at me and drove off ! This is unacceptable and I will definitely be following up with the town and county ! I called the J&A company numerous times only to get a voicemail which I left a message. I expect this issue to be resolved because not only could have my car windows been damaged , someone could have been hurt . Those salt pellets are like Little Rock’s .....
