Food was less than subpar! Gentlemen working after I took him back his cold calzone, he came back to the table to tell us that calzone is supposed to be cold in the center and the sauce served cold!!! Never have I ever then for him to be in the kitchen with a negative attitude slamming things on the counter, shaking his head and talking in a negative manner to the female employee that was also in the kitchen. SMH Wont be back especially after the frozen cheesecake offered as an im sorry 🫤

Yes you gave us a $20 which wont be used because we won’t be back what you should have offered to do was return the money for the calzone and no the sauce is not served cold! Guess where the pizza and left overs went….. straight in the trash. We were not rude to you at all we didn’t show out, raise our voice, talk negatively, or slam things around as you were doing. We simply left and you were left a tip. This was a great experience beginning to end. Atmosphere - the establishment is spotless as if it was just built. I’d feel 100% comfortable bringing my family and children for a dine in experience. It was overwhelmingly warm inside, but I think there was a service crew working on the HVAC when I arrived, so I would not hold that against them.

Service- I think it was the manager that greeted me and took my order. He was friendly and pleasant to talk with. Answered all my questions about the menu. The highlight was when he personally walked the order to my table when it was complete, instead of calling me to come get it. Definition of customer care

Food - ordered a small NY cheese Pizza and 8pc lemon pepper wings. Pizza was fresh and thin, as expected for a NY slice. My only feedback is the size. When I think NY, I anticipate a larger than normal slice of pizza, extremely melty and foldable. Other than that it was really good. The wings were see fried to perfection! Tremendous crunch on the outside and delicately juicy on the inside. Lemon pepper seasoning (dry rub) was SLIGHTLY heavy, but that’s just for me. The best part was the fact that I drove about 10mins to get home, 5mins to get settled in and the food was still too hot to eat. That’s perfection!

The food is probably one of the best Italian places around for miles in Union SC and is representative of actual NY style pizza. Atmosphere is clean and cozy. My only gripe with the place is that it's sometimes so hard to get on the phone. The place is busy so you're going to want to place an order ahead of time however alot of times it just defaults to voicemail over and over for 30+ mins at a time. The service is polite and wonderful i just wish we could contact them easier.

Edit: Wait times were just because of the opening and they were slammed. It's much better now and i'm able to place an order whenever i need to. So i'm updating this review to let people know it's not a...
