Wingz Sports Pub — Restaurant in Union

Was there this past Halloween and was given horrible customer service by an older blonde lady (short hair) behind the bar. She ignored my boyfriend and I after waiting, then we moved to a different location at the bar because we weren’t sure that she’d seen us. She looked busy and we were very patient and respectful. She finally asked did we need a menu and we told her yes. We looked through the menu for a few minutes and waited until she walked back by because we didn’t want to bother her while she was serving other people. She walked by and my boyfriend said “ Ma’am we’re ready”. She turned to him and said “I HEARD YOU!” Like we had been bugging her the 10-15 going on 20 minutes we’d been there when we were just trying to order something to-go. Mind you that was the one and only time he said anything to her. I said “He was just letting you know we were ready, he just now said something!” And she responded rudely that’d she’d heard us once again. So we left and thankfully didn’t hand them any of our money. I called after we left to try and speak with a manager and she answered and reminded me that she was the lady behind the bar (knowing it was me calling) and she was the manager. So I asked her name and to speak to the person above her and she said I’d have to call back to speak to a lady named Shelly and never gave me her name. My boyfriend messaged them on Facebook, they looked at the message and no one has responded yet. I’m disappointed in the service they gave us and didn’t treat anyone else at the bar that way during our visit. I don’t wanna sound stereotypical at all but he was the only black person who was at the bar she was serving during our visit and he was very offended when she deliberately ignored us and then snapped when we were just trying to order. Also, it looks horrible that someone thought she’d make a great bartender/manager with her attitude and personality and chose her to have a position in that type of atmosphere especially in management when she’s not capable of controlling her emotions. I understand in that setting it can get overwhelming and we were very understanding, respectful and patient. But, I won’t be going...

Honestly, the first few times I went it really wasn’t that bad, and the food has always been good! But the bartender with the short icy blonde hair? Don’t bet on her to get in a hurry to serve you! We just walked in and waited 10 minutes at the bar with TWO people at it and no one even came up and asked what we needed. The last time we went, it took literally forever to get our drinks and we had to get her attention to ask for them every single time. Mind you, everytime we have been it has not been packed my NO means. I’m deff okay with waiting a few mins to get us but for you not to even come and ask what we want when you see us sitting there and all your doing is cleaning? Come on now..

The worse customer service. To start with i called 19 times phone was off. Got there went to Togo to order my food and told her yalls phone isn’t working may want to fix it i had previously messaged On fb to let them know she told me she’s had plenty go through for call ins that was a lie the guy who was there before me says to me that when he called they said they ain’t taking Togo orders that he has to pay over the phone to order not even a second later i get a message on my phone from them saying the phone was left off the hook try again i seen her on her phone and then grab the work phone and cut it off guess someone called her to tell her.
