IHOP — Restaurant in Upland

I really wish I would have got this amazing girls name because I haven’t been able to experience many situations where I don’t get the excuse of “ oh it’s just protocol “ or sorry it’s 4 minutes past closing and even though it’s all still on and you need it good luck next time, but this was different and even though her fellow server said no , this beautiful young and strong woman made sure she got me food coffee orange juice a fresh breakfast and it was delicious and I was working from 5:00 am and 2hours drive to my 3 big jobs and clients and it was 11:45 I was nodding off driving and I pulled up and she didn’t realize that she saved me when I needed it… thank you 🙏 I actually wish I would have got her name and Number cause she is a special woman… sorry I just wanted to explain my appreciation and how an act of kindness at the right time is what we need in this world now … thank you 🙏 I’m going back for sure! I recommend this place and the food...

Overall experience went yesterday to have breakfast with my significant other not only were they busy they put us at a table in the back corner of the restaurant mind you the table wasn't the best it was lopsided and wobbling besides that they were overflowing with people and we weren't even six feet apart from the table that was next to us with a family with kids screaming. Yes I know we should of left but we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt to a local business close to home. The wait time was forever for the food how ever busy they were and by the time we got our food and left for the day we both got sick and got food poisoning. Management should have better organized the way how busy the restaurant was and not allowed a full restaurant with people especially large crowds with familys. They should be separated and limited of how much people were allowed into...

My Husband and I placed a mobile order for pickup. It said the order would be ready within 20 minutes, so we drove over there to grab our food. When we got there they said that they never even received our order. We showed them the order that went through and they said that they will have to start making it then, to which we agreed. We then proceeded to wait for over an hour for our food. And even after that hour the food was still not ready. We asked for an estimated time until the food would be ready and they wouldn’t give us one. When our food was finally ready an hour and a half later, they had it all tied up and told us it was correct, when we went to untie it to check. We drove all the way home and guess what, the order was wrong! They gave us someone else’s order! This place seriously has the worst organization and management imaginable. DO NOT GO TO...
