I am a daily customer of various locations of Starbucks for years and had my very first poor experience with a barista named Delilah at this specific location. I had purchased a coffee and egg bites earlier in the day and came to a separate location to have my water cup filled up. I was informed of a change in policy regarding the filling of water cups and how we now need to purchase something in order to have your cup filled. This is was not the issue. I asked if there was anything showing the policy written somewhere and was met with the store manager who was happy to show me the new written policy. During this interaction, I hear the barista I spoke with at the intercom, loudly and obnoxiously speaking of our brief interaction stating, “ WHY WOULD I LIE” multiple times and visibly irritated. I’ve been in customer service for almost 15 years and understand when a guest does something to annoy you but a level of professionalism is still required to be maintained at all times. Maybe she was having an off day or maybe she gets away with this sort of behavior all the time but either way wildly unacceptable. I will be back and do expect an...
Read moreI've been a starbucks customer since the mid 90s. 1 to 2 coffee's per day. Today drove through the drive thru and literally had the employee argue with me about charging me for half and half. Which them or any other starbucks has never charged me for. So I say you're charging me a drive thru tax? She says no. Then I ask then why can I just go inside and order and get free milk from the kiosk? She says because that's a courtesy to put it out for our customers. I reply with so it's a drive thru tax? She gets angered and says NO. So I ask why they're charging me then when literally the day before the same lady didn't charge me for the exact same order? She says because her manager told her to. Instead of arguing with a person of lesser intelligence and customers piling into the drive through I paid their "drive thru tax" and called corporate. Good job starbucks for driving away a loyal customer of 20 years +. maybe its time to give my business to coffee bean. I will also be posting the gopro video on my youtube channel....

I ordered a chicken sausage biscuit and a medium iced chai tea ($9 later). Once I pulled up to the window the kind lady handed me my tea and said "Have a nice day", and I replied with "I also ordered a sausage brkfst". She relied with "Oh ya, I forgot, one second please". After getting my sandwich I was off and driving to work (Pasadena). About 10 minutes in my drive I went to take a bit of my sandwich and the BACON WAS NOT COOKED! as a bacon lover I was disappointing to throw it away. I called and was told to come back and get a refund. Really not worth the time. It's the first time visiting a starbucks in years and probably wont be back for a few more. Not sure why people come here, even if the bacon was cooked it's still way over priced. Oh well,...
