Dunkin' — Restaurant in Upper Chichester Township

Dunkin' donuts come with a new drink, So I say to my family let's go to try the new drink's from Dunkin' Donuts. We go to this place to try it and you are disappointed. When the person not making the drink exactly how it comes and he don't even ask how you want yours drink. Then I asked what happen to the drink the i order, And then hé said was wrong,. Then I said it's not the same drink that it shows in the menu, there it's missing some stuff like the whipped cream the sprinkle that goes on top of the whipped cream. Then he comes with the excuse that i didn't ask for it. I'm writing this 2/23/17 but my most recent visit was 5 months ago. Another post stated they were under new management after that date but I have not confirmed that. Our experience 5 months ago was outstanding. They were very friendly and courteous. I inadvertently ordered the wrong coffee for my wife but they exchanged it anyway for the item she wanted. I imagine this Dunkin Donuts is going out of business because when I was there they had very few selection of any kind of donuts. Some muffins but not a lot at all. The soda selection in the one and only box that they had was very limited and lot of missing flavors. The place was clean however they have no restroom whatsoever not for employees or for the public which I think is against the law for a somewhere where you can sit and eat.
