This is my 3rd visit to the diner. The first encounter was fabulous. The waitress was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I had my 8 yo daughter with me. My second encounter was not as good. I went with my husband and grandson in tow. My foot was broken so I sat near the door for my walker. I ordered the Oatmeal with FRESH strawberries and it came with frozen berries ON TOP with nothing in the Oatmeal. I also ordered fries and they had pepper on them. When I complained, the waitress (not the same as the first,) told me "that's how they come!" I was shocked. I then said NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAD THEM THEY DIDNT. I then left the diner and left my husband and grandson in there. I didn't even eat my food. Today the same waitress as the Las time came over and took our drink order. She brought our drinks over and said "Let me get YOU PEOPLE some one menus and I'll be right back. OMG I didn't mean to say YOU PEOPLE!" and walks away. My waitress was a peach. Read moreI walked in with my 6 month old baby wanting to place a order to go, my plan was to order and then wait in my car cause of covid. It was a little busy when I walked inside the restaurant. So I patiently waited until the bright hair red head server noticed me. She first automatically assumed I was eating there and then DoorDash walked in to pick up food. She then cut me off and was worried about getting the food to door dash out. Then went to the register and another server asked what was going on. She respond with and loud sigh and attitude waving her hands around saying “she’s ordering to go”. She acted like taking my order was a problem or burden to her. So I left never even ate food from this place. If this is how I’m treated my first time walking in why would ever waste money in a place like this.
