Marco's Pizzeria and Grill — Restaurant in Upper Chichester Township

I have been going here for years and while the price keeps rising the service is in the gutter. I ordered a $50.00+ order and the girl says it will be an hour, I give her my credit card. An hour later call back because it isn’t delivered and she argues with me telling me it is delivered. I asked who signed for it and she gets the owner. The owner gets on the line and starts to yell at me telling me the order is ready to be picked up. I told him it was delivery, the girl just said it was delivered. He said she is confused, that I called in a pick up order and prepaid with my card. So I asked if the order was picked up, he said no. I get mix ups happen so since they messed up and he was so hostile I asked for a refund. He told me he would void the charge and he did NOT void the charge. The owner lied to me twice, I had to go through my bank to get the charge back. I know loosing one customer doesn’t matter to them but it was my pizza place. Now they are just liars...

I order from this place regularly, and order the same thing every time (Cobb salad). I always raved about how great the salads were here and how robust and fresh they always were. They were pricey, but because of the great quality, I thought it was worth it. The last couple times I ordered I noticed the quality and portion size wasn’t great, but ok. The very last time however was unacceptable. I never call restaurants back, but I couldn’t let this slide! I got barely any chicken, and what I did get was dry and chewy. There was missing ingredients. The tomatoes were shriveled and old. Usually the presentation is very clean as well, but they just threw the stuff on top. It was just really disappointing especially for the price. So I called and was told that “they were told to decrease the quality and ingredients because of rising prices.” No apologies from the gentleman I spoke to after. Definitely won’t be...

I really like this place, but unfortunately I will never go back there. I go there 1-2 times a week, & always get their Buffalo Chicken pizza, the last time I was there,,,I got take-out, & got the pizza to a penn state football party, I opened the pizza up,,,,, & the chicken on one side was extremely well done, almost burnt, & had no hot sauce, or blue cheese, so I called back to let them know about it- & to tell them, "no-one took a bite of it,". I wanted the manger to see it, so the manager offered to have one driven out to me, (I was off naamams rd in Wilmington) -about 10-15 mins away------so an hour passed, nothing,,,, I called back, got disconnected, so I called Hot Spot on Naamans road, & got a buffalo chicken pizza,, Kinda sad, they have great food, but I defiantly was upset they dropped the ball, & I even called back a 2nd time, & was...
