I’ve been a loyal customer.. their jerk chicken is the best however, their timing, customer service and lack of accountability is HORRIBLE! I literally come every weekend and each weekend I’m waiting 30min for Jerk chicken alone. Even if there are only 2-3 customers in the store. Today, 3 people were sharing, 1 on the register and 2 cooks in the back. I called for an order and was put on hold for 10 MINUTES, hung up, called back 3x and it went to voicemail because.. of course the phone IS STILL OFF THE HOOK. I then went in to order and waited another 24 MINUTES! It pisses me off to think they believe I have time to waste. The cashier had her elbows rested on the counter while taking my order as if I was bothering her, the Plantains I asked for had to be fried by the first cashier. I asked for them to share a large soup while they made my jerk chicken to avoid a wait and was told NO YOU HAVE TO PAY FIRST. As if I wasn’t there long enough! No one said thank you, have a good day, your food is ready NOTHING! Another thing, if I’m lucky to get someone on the phone, place an order while 20 minutes out BECAUSE OF THE LONG LONG WAIT, expecting my food is ready and waiting, I’ll go inside to find it’s not even been shared yet and GUESS WHAT,, WAIT ANOTHER 20-30 minutes! As a Jamaican restaurant I check for, DO BETTER! This is ridiculous!!! I never complain but it is getting...

Yes, I like their food sometimes, not always fresh. They give you leftovers be careful. Also, I noticed the cashier is friendly with men but unprofessional with women and the cooks give certain folks more than a little. The men get more than the women, known fact, my son came back with 2 heaping platters.

I remember one time some months back, I wanted half of the rice portion they normally gives, the cashier tried to charge me extra $$$ to give me extra cabbage. The owner had the nerve to agree. I got my $$$ back and walked out of that place and haven't been back since. Certain rules for men.

If customer's ervice isn't on point, it can ruin your establishment no matter how good the food may taste and to make up prices depending on who you serve is bad business.....

7/14/18 Haven't been here since my previous review. Just went here for a medium jerk chicken 2 sides, mac & cheese, and greens @ $11. The guy said something to the female owner. Why when he totaled my order it came to, $13.12. I was like the menu doesn't say $2 more for mac & cheese, told him never mind and walked out.

Why do these folks make prices as they go along? I do know how to clean and cook my own, will do so for now on. I'm too done with...

This was my second time ordering through Uber and not in store. In store I normally don’t have a problem but I ordered a large ackee and sailfish plater with fried dumplings and plantains. I ordered Two drinks and my drinks never came. When I called the store the lady tells me that the Uber driver was supposed to get the drinks, i replied how does the driver get the drinks if he doesn’t know where they are? She asked me if I can come pick them up, I said no I’m at work that is why I had the food delivered in the first place. She apologized but my breakfast was already ruined. the last time I ordered breakfast two weeks ago when the Uber driver got there they told him they didn’t have an item I ordered and the driver took the time to call me not the store. Smh it’s not that difficult but you charge people for items that they don’t receive and are not paying attention to simple orders. No more Uber orders that this place. I still love the food but it’s sad the Uber orders are not executed right. There was also bones in the salt fish. So...
