Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Upper Darby

1991 Sproul Road, Bromall PA 19008, This Store has WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !! The cashier name JAHANGIR (age around 45 wear glasses) is not supposed to get a job there. He is rude and today he started cursing and was being so RACIST by calling a customer Asian Curse words, and telling to get out of the store and keep cursing because the customer was ordering $50 of difference items of chicken. He keep saying he is the manager, when they customer was asking to talk to a manager immediately to complain. I doubt he has proper paperwork to work or any authorization to be in USA. He can't understand or take orders and blames customers for being talking fast where he does not understand. HE SAID HE IS FROM BANGLADESH. HIS NAME IS JAHANGIR and said yes go file a complain. The other cashier a women saw the whole incident. This restaurant has very bad reviews because of this cashier. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK NEITHER ANY OF OUR FRIENDS OR FAMILY IF THAT GUY JAHANGIR STILL WORKS THERE. I won't be surprised if Homeland security comes there and arrest him some day. Take immediate action and fire this unprofessional rude cashier who is ruining this stores reputation. The managers name is Gazi. I hope he will take a wise decision and don't keep him in that restaurant...

If I could give zero stars I would. It is 9:30 and I just arrived home from this Upper Darby location. I am not satisfied with my meal, I asked for a side of macaroni and cheese but didn’t receive any. I just received more fries. I would understand if they didn’t have anymore but no one made me aware of it if that was the case. I also asked for two sprites with NO ice which they did take back and fix for me but after taking a sip it’s not even sprite. I’m not sure what it is. I’m upset because I’m pregnant and ordered what I ordered for a reason. I guess I should have checked before leaving but it’s a drive thru, we should be able to trust that our food is made according to what/how we ordered. I know people are not perfect but this much wrong with my meal in one night is too much for me. On the plus side my husband got his meal mostly correct with the exception of having ice in his drink when we asked for no ice and with the drink being something like seltzer water. I ordered 3 meals worth $25 through Popeyes app to pick up in their drive-through. I ordered few minutes before I actually entered their drive through. A girl that was working at the pick up window told me that food wasn’t ready and I should park and come inside and wait for my food which is what I did. I waited 15-20 minutes for my food watching 4 different people who came in after me ordering their food at the counter, picking it up and leaving. A person putting my order together put 2 of 3 of my meals on pick up counter while waiting for 3rd meal. 20 minutes later he finally handed me the bag with all 3 of my meals. I checked the bag and let him know that my mashed potatoes and sauces I ordered were missing. He gave them to me and I left and came home and only to realise he never gave me my drinks. What could have been 10 minutes trip (I live 2 minutes away from this Popeyes) took half hour and food was cold and 3 drinks missing. I know I’m not going back to this Popeyes at 69th street in...
