Hello, it's a shame I can't share the same comments. I have been a customer there for several years. The service girl is always friendly, attentive and charismatic, she does a very good job, I think her name is Jasmine. A few days before, she invited us to the opening, so she convinced us, we decided to place our order once again. The girl was very friendly as always and took our order. When my husband went to pick up the order, he was surprised to find another girl there who gave him bad service. She doesn't speak English, doesn't smile, and is in a hurry to get paid so we would leave the place quickly. Besides that, she charged my card twice that day because she didn't know how to add a drink to the bill. That sucks! This girl apparently took Jasmine's order that she had taken for us before, my husband was able to notice and apologized to Jasmine but that other girl has no idea what she is doing there, very bad service with that girl with glasses, if you visit the place make sure that girl is not there for the food, no complaints, it is super delicious as always and yes I will return but I will make...

From the moment we walked in to El Vago, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, truly top-notch service.
But the real star of the show? The food. Every dish we tried was bursting with authentic flavors, beautifully presented, and made with clear attention to detail. You can tell the kitchen is passionate about what they do.
Chef Carlos personally came out to greet us, and his genuine hospitality added such a special touch to the evening. He clearly takes pride in his craft, and it shows in every bite.

Not only is the food good , it’s incredible. The customer service? Phenomenal. From the moment you walk in, you feel the love, the culture, and the passion that goes into everything. These are family recipes, and it shows in the flavors, the atmosphere, and the way they move with intention and care.
You can tell they take their time with everything. The food is thoughtful, intentional, and made with heart. Every bite feels like it was prepared just for you.
