While the food was pretty good, this business has a misleading and deceiving website which put me into quite a problematic situation. On the website it says BYOB. Seeing that, I presumed that you could dine in at Ginza. Why would a restaurant’s website advertise bringing your own beverages when you can’t dine in? As you could imagine, I was shocked to drive all the way there and find out that you cannot in fact dine in. Disappointed would be a minimization of the way I felt. Once I grappled with the news that I could not dine in, I had a decision to make. Do I order and just sit in my car until it is ready? I decided that is exactly what I should do. Well, things got worse. The software that Ginza uses to order food is completely archaic. It gave me no confirmation that my order was placed and never alerted me when my order was complete. I just had to guess as to when my food would be ready and most likely I sat in my car for an extra and unnecessary five minutes. The food was good but please update your website and your online ordering...
Read moreMy Husband and I usually order before 3pm so that we are able to pick from the LUNCH menu. Where else can a person get 2 sushi rolls (that's 12 pieces and sushi grade fish is most definitely what Sagion Grill uses) plus mishap soup or salad w/ the sesame ginger dressing for $8. My hubby also has ordered the LUNCH portion of General Tso chicken. I have tasted it and finally I've found a place to get great Chinese food. There was a good amount of broccoli cooked to perfection, crisp (keeps all nutrients in broccoli). Plus the LUNCH portion had alot more than 2 soggy pieces of broccoli. The lunch portion is actually quite large, it's not much smaller than other Chinese restaurants in this area. Take it from the girl who spent her early formulate yearz (3-almost 9) On Oahu,Hawaii eating all kinds of Asian/Polynesian food it's probably the best I've had on the mainland. Definitely the best in this area. I moved to PA in 2003 and until I Saigon Grill opened I hadn't found Chinese food that I was...
Read moreGinza has very professional staff that handles food ticket times well by making low times for food to be prepared based on the type of food cook times take to be fully cooked. There is no inside dinning at this location at the time writing this review. So the store only provides "Take Out" which is almost the same as dinning in. The food is really hot in the bag and stays hot for a good amount of time. You don't have to rush home to eat your food hot. I'm not for sure if Ginza personally does delivery but I know for a fact that Ginza is on delivery applications such as GrubHub,DoorDash...
