Burger King — Restaurant in Upper Grand Lagoon

Stopping to get a burger small and a drink April 23 Wednesday Started off at first. Young asked me to pull up to the door why prepare my simple meal. I waited patiently didn’t give any problems and trouble any attitude. One of the associates came out checked on me and asked if I had my Milli yet I said no he said I’ll take care of you spoke to me twice. I said no worries, he comes out and said nothing. Waited 15 minutes. I go inside. I go inside to check on my mail to see what was the holdup. He apologized and then he switches around like it’s my fault. Why are you upset because I wait 15 minutes my meals not done I was completely forgotten about. I paid $11 for this meal. Mind you it wasn’t about the inexpensive meal. It was the service the lack of respect, compassionate understanding so I told him to simply donate it to people online because clearly they gave no shit about the fact that I was patient was calm and courteous. This person got attitude with me because at that point now I’m upset because you’re turning around like our fault because you’re incompetent no Managers on duty I asked him to refund the money back to my card. He said ““we don’t refund managers have to do that, where is your manager so I simply said donate food. I’ll be back tomorrow and I guarantee you. I will be back. That was unacceptable. Pitiful and ridiculous for someone to pay $11 for a burger and wings wasted two minutes and then Get lit because now you’re out of patients y’all need to step up your game. That was the worst service I’ve ever seen in my life and your employees need training and you need more staff two people can’t run a Burger King on the...

This has to be one of the worst Burger King I've ever known. There has been a Burger King at this location for probably over 10 years, it was terrible years back and shut down for a while, when it reopened I had high hopes for better management and they did get better but that didn't last long... Last 5 times visiting this location to pick up dinner I've been asked to park my car and wait for my food after paying each time, the wait time averages about 10-15 minutes with tonight being the longest at 22 minutes (so much for "fast" food); Twice out of last 5 times they gave my food to someone else who's also waiting in the parking lot; Tonight after 22 minutes of wait I got really soggy fries, no ketchup in the bag (I specifically asked for it), no dipping sauce for the nuggets (they asked me if I wanted some and I said yes), and they managed again to give my food to the car waiting next to me (good thing the guy checked before driving off). It's pretty safe to say that I won't be visiting this location again until they get their acts together, as-is right now even giving them 1 star feels...

I'm really glad they hire the mentally retarded at this location. But, maybe they shouldn't work the drive thru when the lunch/dinner rush is peaking. Also, don't bother trying to get an ICEE at this location. It NEVER works! JUST TAKE IT OFF THE MENU ALREADY!! BK Stacker = 1 drip of sauce. WHY?! Why am I paying $1.27 extra for fake bacon and no sauce?!? Update 2014 - They stopped using the BK Stacker sauce all together now. Instead they use some nasty mayonnaise/mustard concoction. The BK stacker and icees are the only reason i came here. Why do i keep punishing myself by coming here?! Update 2016 - This location invented the "over-filled drink with a loose lid and one napkin in the bag" routine. That old chestnut. Now, they've perfected it. Did you NOT want 32oz of soda on the dash/floor of your car?? Well now sticky buttons is a permanent feature of your ride. No ICEE machine here now also. "BK Stacker" means ONE beef paddy. Guess they're "stacking"...
