My girlfriend and I are huge Dunkin fans. We have moved to the area and this is now our closest Dunkin. We are VERY FREQUENT patrons and likely will NOT be anymore.
There are 2 HUGE issues at this location.
First and probably the biggest, 90% of their workers do not understand English well, if at all. Which means you have to both YELL through the drive through mic AND REPEAT yourself MULTIPLE times, constantly having to correct the non English speaking workers.
Second, they donāt know how to do their job. They are very consistent in the way they mess up our orders. From not following the proper drink ingredient instructions to only toasting the bagel and not cooking the egg at all on a bacon egg and cheese. Again, we are/were VERY FREQUENT customers and every single time I ask for a āside/cup of cream cheeseā it baffles me because the worker always has no idea what Iām talking about and has no idea that they even sell cups of cream cheese.
Today I was told that the cups of cream cheese are discontinued. And then was sold a cup of cream cheese by a different employee. Are you kidding me???
Seriously, Iām sure most of you who have been to this location experience this. I am SICK of it. Itās literally a waste of time and money coming to this location. Unless you enjoy poorly/incorrectly made drinks/coffees and cold/not cooked/incorrectly prepared food.
I really wish I could go to the location that I used to. Never had an issue there.
This is not the place to employ people that can not understand your customers and then on top of that they need to know how to properly make the items they sell. Oh and know that they exist, that...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis was an awful experience. I brought my son in to pick his own donut from the display. They no longer have an in person experience. You are forced to order at a kiosk. They allowed us to oder a special spider donut that I later found out was not available. My son is special needs the whole reason I bought him in the store so he could have a special experience picking his own donut so he was very upset. This could have been avoided with an in person experience. I then received a hot coffee without the cream I asked for.. As I'm searching for the cream in the store my coffee dropped and burned my son and myself because it was so hot. Then the manager asked if I'm ok I replied no my son's arm is burned and I asked for ice. He at least asked if he could get me another coffee. I said yes, grabbed it and left because I was now 20 mins late because everything took so long. I later discovered they gave me decafe for my replacement coffee, which gave me a caffeine withdrawal headache all day. Do not go inside dunkin anymore they have lost all personal connection and...

So finally someone came to give me the money back, but while he was helping me,the other employees was pointing at the trash then looking at me,and keep laughing and joking in their language!
