Before you read my review please just look at the response from the owner! So unprofessional! Instead of apologizing, you attack the customer?! Wow!!!
My husband and I went here after reading all of the amazing reviews. I ordered a fatosh salad with grilled chicken and he ordered a chicken shewerma platter. This review is based only on my meal and the way I was treated in this restaurant. The salad dressing tasted really awful with too much vinegar, and the salad also didn't taste good, it had soggy pieces of pita floating in it (garlic sauce on the side had very pungent garlic smell and taste). Needless to say l couldn't eat it at all. When it was time to pay the bill, I mentioned casually to the girl taking the order that I didn't eat my salad and explained why; she went and got the owner. Owner came up to me and said "have you ever had a fattosh salad before". I said "yes, many times". ( I've traveled to many middle eastern countries and have had this kind of food in many restaurants). Her tone was very condescending and she proceeded to tell me that they have been opened for 4 months now, and no one has ever complained about their food before. She was downright rude and I was very taken aback by her attitude. I wasn't asking for a refund, I was simply stating my opinion. She was also standing very close to me without wearing a mask which is recommended everywhere right now by the way. At this point, I just wanted to leave this restaurant. As I was waiting by the counter, waiting to pay the bill, her husband started asking me questions about whether I've had Fatoosh before and where I'm from. Again I felt like I was being harassed as I stood in line to pay for my meal. Never have I been made to feel this way before. The lady at the counter who was taking orders was very nice by the way and didn't charge me for the salad. But at this point, I didn't care, I just wanted to get out of there! I'm not sure where all the good reviews are coming from. This is probably the worst dine in experience I've ever had in my life. Owners take note: please learn how to run a business properly. This is no way to treat your paying customers. Word of mouth is the best way to get more customers. Needless to say, I will not be recommending this place to...

I am a huge fan of gyros and I've tried quite a few from different places and states. What I had today was the absolute worst! See the picture for yourself. That is not how a lamb gyro or any other type of gyro should look - ever! I had also ordered a house salad with chicken for an extra whopping $5 - crazy! But I went for it. There was so much more lettuce and tomatoes in my salad than my fake gyro. And no tzatziki sauce!
I waited 20 minutes long for what they put together. I am so upset about my purchase. There's a picture of a REAL lamb gyro on their website but you do not get that version which is the correct version. Highly deceiving. I read a lot of their reviews online well before deciding to stop by and order and I am so confused on what everyone is talking about as it relates to how "good" their lamb gyro was. There was flavor in the meat - that's the one star and the lady at the counter was nice. The gyro was not even made with the standard greek pita bread.
I'm under the impression that those who have had their gyros have no idea what a true gyro should look like. It is certainly not here. Unfortunately, I will not be returning or recommending this place.
Oh and they are also charging an extra 3% fee to customers who pay by cards which is not right. If the vendor you are using for your transactions have increased their fees, it shouldn't be passed onto the customers to pay for it. Food, gas and utilities is already high enough. And for what I paid for - I really want...
