I don't know what is happening but this used to be my favorite location the staff is friendly and polite and quick with each order however the coffee is absolutely horrible it tastes like burnt coffee AKA burnt coffee pot it's just absolutely horrible and when you tell the stuff that it doesn't taste good and that it tastes burnt or it was brewed really strong they don't want to do anything to fix it or give you a different drink or a different Brew they just want you to take it and go but that's not how I ordered it I really think Dunkin needs to change their standards when it comes to making coffee to actually have a formula for each and every drink so everything is made correctly and measured out correctly and brewed correctly when you want that first sip of amazing coffee from your favorite coffee spot and it tastes horrible that will definitely turn you away from going to that...

My family stopped in here on our way back from the shore. We needed to use the restroom and after the Wawa down the street had none, we stopped here. We ran in and I waited while my wife took our young child. The staff waited patiently as I hung out waiting for the rest of my family before we place our order. We eventually ordered and were served promptly. The staff was very friendly. As we left, one of the staff locked the door behind us. It was then that we realized we ran in pretty much at closing time. When we looked back at the employee he gave us a don't worry about it wave. Anyway, we had run in at the last minute. Used the restrooms and held them up past closing time (even taking our time to order) and they never rushed us at all. I don’t know what’s going on. I’ve gone here almost every day for the past year. I order the same thing. Yet, each time it looks different, and tastes slightly different and sometimes the price is different.. They can’t seem to get it right. Doesn’t taste bad. Just always isn’t right.
