Jade Garden — Restaurant in Upton

Just ordered the Vegetarian Delight, which the online ordering menu states comes with tofu. It’s a 15 minute drive there and back for pick up, when I finally opened it at home there was no tofu. Jade Garden claims the menu doesn’t have tofu listed (it does, see screenshot), and refused to meet us half way by allowing us to return it for a different dish, or at least pay for a half order of their other tofu dish. So now I’ve spent $14 on a bunch of underwhelming vegetable, AND they want me to pay another $14 for a separate tofu dish. Incredibly unprofessional to not right their wrong. I’m pregnant, I wanted some tofu, and they refuse to make it right. No more Jade Garden for me, plenty of Chinese restaurants in the area...

Jade Garden has a few different items on the menu. Their food is very good, but they also can have an off day like others. I do hold them at a higher status than other now local places or places I drive out to . Definitely try the tea sauce spicy chicken is delicious, the honey chicken is good, crispy chicken is good and is similar to honey chicken. The bourbon chicken I believe was decent, I don't recall it too much, but don't think I disliked it too much. The general gau's chicken was good, and moo shu was good as well. It's a good restaurant to grab some really good Chinese, and they've had an off day less than other places I go. I enjoy their menu choices over the normal same old' same ole'...

FIVE STARS!! This is the best Chinese take out in our area. I’ve been a customer for years and I have never had a bad meal. Everything is super fresh, cooked just right and perfectly seasoned. The very sweet owner that takes your call will remember you after a few visits- I don’t even have to ask for extra duck sauce she just remembers I love it and adds it to my order! The menu is vastly amazing and there are a ton of perfectly sized and priced lunch specials. The food is excellent and the customer service is outstanding -it’s become the ONLY place we go for Chinese take out! Definitely try this awesome place!...
