Horrible service. I went in to order a bagel and a side of bacon. I started my order with the bagel, which she grabbed to drop off to be grilled. Then she started to make a coffee, which I did not order. She was making a coffee for the guy that was in front of me because she made his coffee with ice instead of hot. Once she was finished she came back and I ordered the side of bacon. A minute or so later she handed me a bag that had my bagel. She then started to take other coffee orders. After 2 orders I asked the status of the bacon. She came back and said another minute. Another 5 minutes go by and finally another girl asks what I was waiting for. She actually checked and saw that nothing was being cooked. The other girl cooked my bacon and finished my order. So you interrupt my order to fix the order you screwed up before me and then had me wait 20 minutes for a side of bacon that you lied to me about being almost ready when it wasn't even cooking. Everytime I walk out of there I wonder why I didn't just purchase some eggs and sausage and make my own sandwich. It's a bit pricy but what isn't. They have some pretty good egg sandwiches there and I have never had a bad Ice Coffee They have a crap load of flavors if you enjoy sweet flavored coffee. Young staff and they hussle and are very efficient. Nobody working there is lackadaisical. I grew up in Upton and have been going to that location long before it became The Little Coffee Bean.
