This is the middle eastern food I’ve been longing for in CU! Freshly made, flavorful, and delicious! The staff was super friendly, answered lots of questions, and the food came out pretty quickly! We tried all four kababs and were very impressed. The meat was cooked perfectly. The chicken marinade was amazing! I feel like chicken is usually bland, dry and underwhelming but it was my favorite. The chicken pita sandwich was tasty but it did fall apart a bit too quickly to eat as a sandwich.
Since it is a new restaurant there are a few places for improvement. 1) make the atmosphere cozier. 2) please get reusable utensils! We loved your plates and bowls and would love to see no waste from cutlery.

A friend and I shared the mixed kebab platter for two and it was very generous and flavorful! Before the main entree was brought to the table, we were brought a basket of pitas and various dips (hummus, baba ghanoush, pickles, etc.) which were all delicious, and a great pairing for the entree. We had the Hummus and Baba Ghanoush as the starters with some warm pita - both of which were amazing! Drizzled with some wonderfully sweet olive oil.
