I went through the drive-thru I ordered my meals with sweet tea at the restaurant when the manager poured the sweet tea he was pouring it forward and it looked watered down and had no sugar and it was the end of the batch I said something to him I said that doesn't look right and you can see through it. He said there's nothing wrong with it and had an attitude and handed it to me. I drove off and it was completely disgusting tasted like stale water and no sugar I came back ordered two more sweet teas and they acted like I was being a hassle or a problem because I asked them to be replaced. Then said here's your tea just be gone just get out of my drive-thru ...Now I know there's a shortage of employees and things but you don't need to treat people like that because you can't do your job right. This is not the first time I have been disrespected at this location. It's been more than once this has happened and it's not right as a customer to be treated poorly for no reason because the food wasn't made properly. Read moreI pulled up to the drive thru window 1/26/22 for breakfast and was practically tossed my food.. when looking at one of my sandwiches really quick the blonde short haired lady at the window said hey can you move up and do that?! And I responded no.. I need to check these and its literally going to take me a couple seconds and she continued to yell and be rude which of course made me very upset! And of course when I got home 20 mins away from mc donalds one of my sandwiches did have something wrong with it. And this is the reason I like to check things at the window because when ur in a hurry and can't get back in line to have them correct something it's easier and quicker to point it out asap at the window. She was worries about hot food getting cold for those behind me. But what about trying to be professional friendly and courteous to a customer in front of u at that moment? I'm very dissatisfied and still very upset on the way I was approached and the outcome of my order! I hate coming to this location mostly during breakfast hours. Read moreVery disappointed. This site is a mainly order by kiosk and has lost its customer service front. The kiosk does not provide you with full customization of your orders (example: ordering a McChicken unable to add onions or any other real alternative to this item. Had to almost walk back to the kitchen just to find someone to get their attention to add the onions. When received the McChicken there was one onion placed on there, no exaggeration one slivered onion piece) it seems that if you do not go through the drive-through you do not receive the same McDonald's service that McDonald's used to be known for. The floors are so greasy my child was sliding when trying to walk. Other customers walk by and made the exact same comment to us. And it's not there is trash all over the floors and around the overly full trash cans. Is definitely not a employment issue as there is plenty of people working in the areas of the grill and drive through.
