After a misunderstanding about how I wanted my pizza right away, but not to wait on the other family members' foods, the server made a mistake and placed my pizza order late. After all members had their food and had eaten, I was told my pizza will be out soon. It was a very very hot day. We were staying in an RV park and had to take the trolly/bus. After everyone had eaten, I requested to cancel my pizza, because I didn't want to wait for it to cool, and make everyone wait, and no intentions of carrying a HOT pizza walking the hot roads, and weather, to ride on a hot trolly. The waitress (who had erroneously placed the order to be cooked AFTER everyone was finished), admitted to this and if we wanted to cancel, we would not be charged for the pizza. We agreed. She was very nice, and felt bad for the mistake.
But then all hell broke loose. The owner stormed to our table and lectured, then yelled at my husband that this wiill not do! You will pay for the pizza. We agreed to pay, but didn't want to take the pizza with us. The owner was irate! I've never ever ever been treated like this in any establishment before. (Or something similar) We tried to leave, graciously, paying our bill, but lo and behold here comes the owner, yelling something (presumably in Greek) to his (presumably family member) cashier that we were to pay the whole thing. We had already agreed to pay even for the pizza we were not taking with us. It was embarassing and our young children were very very uncomfortable. In the end, we paid a huge bill for a medium amount of food, left without the pizza, the kids were upset, and on the way out the door, the cashier said very loudly to me, "Karma will GET YOU!". I was shocked. I retorted, "I don't think you know what karma...

How often have I been served cooked for and greeted by the owner and chef. Never before, and it was wonderful.
Super friendly and very apparently low on staff. There was a "we're hiring" sign in the front windows. But this didn't slow him down or detour him, serving multiple tables, making sure we had everything we could possibly need. It was amazing. And only to find out in the end that he was the owner and chef.
That is exactly what customer service "should be"
We will absolutely be back, and we will definitely recommend them to everyone.
Thank you, Tony, for the complimentary dessert...
Read moreWanted to love this place. Service was very slow. Server messed up every aspect of our order (party of 2) could not remember what our drinks were. Only remembered salad and bread for 1 dinner and not the other. I ordered the combination baked spaghetti, she delivered baked spaghetti with meat sauce (which was good)I ate it because after she dropped off our food she never came back to the table despite the fact that she passed our table many times. Not even to give us our check. Would have loved to try dessert, but never got the opportunity to order any. Overall food was mediocre, service...
