Came to Brighton for this smash burger restaurant off the Snake Creek lift and it did not disappoint! Between the two kids and I, we ordered two single smash burgers (a total skiing coup at $9.50 each!) and a mushroom and Swiss burger, and tater tots. The food was made to order, and the manager explained that their beef is fresh, never frozen, and delivered each morning. Impressive! More than that, the staff here are friendly and helpful and so welcoming to guests. We loved chatting with Chad who cleared tables and introduced us to music, and Joseph who was the daytime head of operations. Just kind, hardworking, and fun-loving souls. With that being said, the queuing system is incredibly inefficient; the food line should/ could easily be flipped, to reduce the amount of choke points.
