Alpine Rose at Brighton Resort — Restaurant in Utah

I understand the raised prices at the resort but this is another level, the food quality is ablolutly terrible. If im paying $14 for a basic cheese burger they could at least try to heat it up on the grill properly. All the patties are pre-cooked in this pizza oven style oven and is sitting there all cold for the next customer. When you order the burger they put it on the actual grill with the cheese pre-cooked and already melted for 1 min then put it in a cold bun, bon appetit!

The $8 sliced cheese pizza is literally a thin cracker with melted cheese. The crust is so thin and rock hard you can throw it like a frisbee and still be in tack when lands. The pizza was cold as well. At least they offer cups for the water fountain.

This place is clearly under new management... My family and I have come to this resort for years from out of state And we have always stopped by the Alpine rose but this year was different... We were usually greeted by someone named Sammy, or Scotty, or something similar to this, I don't remember the exact name, but he always treated us like family and the kitchen manager who wass a middle aged man with an accent is no longer there either. I hope the new management figures out how to treat their guests right but we will not be back...

Service is horrible. The grill cook seemed mad that he even had to serve us. The food was cold as well. Nothing was cooked fresh. My bratwurst tasted like canned meat. The sign said it was a Johnsonville brat, but I doubt it was. Maybe it sat in water for 8 hours after it was grilled. The fries were stale , cold and chewy. If you want to eat at the resort, walk across the parking lot or ski over to the Milly Chalet. The prices, portions and food quality are much better and the service is...
