Brighton staff are not are too immature to help young skiers. My 10 year old who was just learning to ski got stuck while exiting the Explorer chair lift. A teen age girl nearly hit him then a older teenage boy started yelling at him. I yelled at the punk kid to leave my son alone. Then Taylor, a teenage punk as well, the chair lift operator. Told us that "we were in the way". I told him my son needed help. He just shuts his door and the other teenagers went off laugh and saying other rude comments. Absolutely love this place it was my first time there I live in Vegas so it was 6 hours and 22 minutes for me not a bad drive at all the lift tickets for a little pricey but the snow was amazing the runs are long the lifts are great the People Are Awesome I would totally totally go back I actually can't wait till next year love this place I would never go till Mount Charleston Lee Canyon sucks don't waste your money. Or just drive the two three hours to Brian Head again Lee Canyon is such a disappointment. It's all about that Utah snow....

Absolutely terrible experience. Bought some snowboard pants as a present for my dad, yet they did not fit him properly so I went to return them, all the guy said was we do not do returns. They pants still had the tags on them, were in 30 days, and had everything with me. Yet nowhere did I see that they do not accept returns because there was not a sign anywhere which means they must accept returns. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! TERRIBLE...
