never hard trouble with them before my order said it was delivered and it wasnt i admit my instructions weren't completely clear but they took my food back to the store and the manager i spoke to was rude and cut me off when i tried to apologize on my part and when i called they told me it was going to be another 30mins since they were going to make it fresh so 30mins go by and i check my app and it said my order was delivered to a completely different address on the other side of town so when i called again to see what was up the same lady answered the phone the first time she hung up on me and the second she told me the order was barley getting put in the oven and was going to be another 35-45 mins when i asked why she told me it was below the other order even tho i ordered ahead of time on the app and she only said it was going to be 30mins this its been already almost 2hrs and i didnt get any type of apologie jst rude attitude from the manager who shouldve let me know it wad going to be another hr instead of saying it was going to be 30mins and it was unprofessional of her to continuously cut off and be rude to a...

I will say that ordering online is the best thing (and a lot cheaper if you use Honey, trust me) and using the local newly renovated Dominos is fantastic. Once I place the order and start driving (which is about 5-7 mins away from me) it is usually ready. If you are unsure if it's ready, then just following the website will tell you if it's ready or still cooking. Again, for me once I place the order I just start driving...
