Ok, let's start this off by being honest. The Mr Gatti's, CiCi's, Chuckee Cheese, etc. pizza joints are not known for their quality pizza. They're all places to take the kids, give them some play time, check off the pizza box, have birthdays, etc. This place is no different and i went in today with that expectation. The prices are fairly high for what you get (9.99 per adult at time of this writing) for a pizza/salad/junk food buffet. It also comes with a drink. I understand however that prices have gone up and with buffet type places thier profit margins are VERY small per customer. They rely on traffic to stay in business. While we're being honest, when a fat guy walks into a buffet he is a money losing proposition. When a skinny (diet conscious) girl walks in, they make money. Kids also waste allot of pizza so i understand the prices.. still it's high considering what you can get down the street at dominoes which is MUCH better quality pizza. All this being said, as previously stated, Folks go to these pizza buffets for other reasons than the pizza and this one didn't disappoint. They had several pizza choices but they all were, thin, dried out, cheap ingredients and generally just don't look appetizing. On the plus side, they had plenty of games including Uvalde 's only bowling alley, plenty of room for parties, big screens for games, and other sporting events. Staff was nice and the place seemed very clean. In truth, this is what Uvalde needed. There are almost ZERO places for kids to go hang out and play video games, have parties, etc. and this place fits that bill nicely. Uvalde kids need some of this to let off steam. The choice of video games is actually pretty good too. My son was very happy and wants to go back. I'm short, i won't be going out of my way for their pizza but will be going back to have some good bonding time with my son. It's good to have this place in town. I'll happily support them.

The pizza was good when it was finally served. I’ve been here a few times and every time it’s been the same experience. Good pizza when it finally comes out (1 pizza at a time with at least 30 people in the restaurant), dirty tables and walls and windows, and no napkins in any dispensers. Photos taken after being in the facility for 30 minutes. We waited for about 10 minutes before any pizza was put out and that was at about 11:45. Half of the games were out of service as well. The woman who appeared to be in a managing position was very positive and you could tell she was trying to assist everyone and make it a better experience, but one person can’t fix a restaurant. I won’t be coming back after this visit.

We just had a great experience at this location and I wanted to let my community know about it. Great time with excellent service, family fun and great food!

This was our family's first time going and it was for a kid's birthday party. I cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff, how courteous and professional they were.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles, and it wasn't just us, I observed this with other patrons coming in. We had repeated interactions and always very friendly and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and give the birthday kid very special treatment.

The staff kept checking up on us and asking if we needed anything and while the kids were playing in the game area, the staff were helpful, patient and friendly.

The food was really good, the pizza fresh and rotated regularly and the ingredients were fresh and of good quality. It exceeded my expectations. The salad bar had a wide variety of beautiful greens and fruits and also fun desserts for the kiddos with cool toppings. There were also plenty of other hot dishes offered, like spaghetti and mac-n-cheese and warm veggie dishes. This was a much bigger spread with a wider selection than I would have expected.

The most amazing part was how gracious and professional the staff are. We thought the place closed down at 10 but they actually close at 9. So we were just hanging out and relaxing and having a good time, taking our time.

We finally made our way to the exit after 9:30 and they walked us to the door with smiles and conversation. We hung around the parking lot talking and shortly thereafter they came out to their own cars and closed up for the night. It was only then we realized they were just waiting on us to get out of there. And we never knew it because they didn't rush us, they were not impatient or rude. They were the consummate professionals and gracious hosts.

They really gave us the gift of a wonderful birthday. Our friends and family needed this warmth this week and we want to say thank you for that 🙏🏽

As we discussed this in the parking lot, one of the moms mentioned how Gatti's consistently shows up for our community at different events, at the schools, so she wasn't surprised at all by the experience we had tonight.

So please come support this business as they show up for our kids in our community. Come for good food, fun, and...

We were regulars with taking our grandkids there. When my husband is home he goes with us and had a play card that had close to 19,000 points saved up for the kids. The last time he went with us he was checking the balance because we had saved those points for our grandkids to get a good prize and it was wiped out. They did fix it that time after threatening to never come back. However, I took my granddaughter just recently and the card was wiped clean again. I am not sure why but I shouldn’t have to dispute it AGAIN. We would go usually twice a week and my husband spent lots of money to play the games in addition to what is added to the package. Now not so much. It’s just frustrating. Do better…..put up a sign that says they wipe them clean periodically or something so we know they need to be used 🙄

Food is good but I’m not picky. I have noticed there aren’t many selections anymore. A couple of times my husband requested a specific pizza and they never made it.

Not sure we will be going anymore...
