I was there last night I and 2 men where waiting for 10 mins I asked the guys did someone come up here and right when I said that a lady came from the back finally and the guys I. Front of me where asking for a garlic sandwich with ciabatta bread and she said she was out and only had certain breads then gets a sheet pan with wheat Tearing it apart and then asking the guy what kind of bread he wants still taking her time when I'm on a timeframe that I have to be in my vehicle and out of the location. Finally it's my turn I told her that I would take honey Oat bread she said she didn't have that either, So I asked her if she had flat bread she said yes and then I had told her what I would like a garlic sangwidge just the same as she made the gentleman and then she puts mine in a little plastic container when she didn't do that to the other when I go in my and getting the same sandwich at the gentleman does have and on top of that I asked her for mozzarella cheese a took her a minute to go to the back and grab it taking our time when I'm still on a time from another raid I waited like maybe 20 to 25 minutes I already getting impatient and then she wants to argue with me about what I order I decide you don't forget it and I walked out if this is really how they treat their their customers then I'll never in my life stop there again there was another one further down the road I should have just thought there maybe I would have gotten better service instead I thought stopping there would have been convenience because of the fact I had to gas up and grab something to eat on at the same time in 1 place but obviously the can tell that didn't happen and then the lady wanted to be rude I...
Read moreI've put off this review for a long time hoping the owner would clean up his act. Don't get me wrong, the food is pretty good just like all subways but I've been going to this subway for years and the story has just gotten worse. The employees for the most part have been very nice but ALWAYS overworked. I've been in this store so many times when it's packed with people waiting and there's ONE employee trying to do everything. There was recently a German woman (not sure her nationality) working there. She was always nice. One day i went in and it was so busy and she was there alone. She was so visibly stressed and frustrated but refused to complain. When i asked her if she was ok, she just said, "I've had enough" she's since quit. Today i went in and there was one girl working. She was trying to cook bread, make sandwiches, clean, take phone orders, ringing customers up, etc all alone. Again, i asked if she was ok. She was literally almost in tears. The store was packed, several customers got frustrated and left but she was going as fast as she could. I hope the owner of this franchise reads this. You have been abusing your employees far too long leaving them alone to do the job of 2 or three. You need to treat people right. I've watched over the years as you've lost some good employees because of this. I rarely go in anymore because i don't want to add to their workload. At a bare minimum, you should ALWAYS have two people working. Until this is rectified, i...
Read moreThis place would be good if one of the workers didn’t have a whole attitude and if he also wasn’t cross contaminating while serving a soccer team. He kind of was just throwing things on sandwiches and not really taking care in actually spreading them on the sandwich. You can tell he has been hostile to his other coworkers by the comments. Honestly would not recommend if he’s here, especially...
