It's okay, not great, use to be better but I think it changed owners, not very good help, they act as if they could care less about taking care of the customer. The two times we went this summer. The seats are very worn, some so bad they are blocked off. March 2023... new management or owners probably, Now it's Henson theaters, not sure if all the rooms have upgraded, but I went to see John Wick 4 and it was great. Lounge seats, clean floors, plenty of room, staff was polite and quick. Much better experience. Hope it can stay this way. 4/8/24 Got to sit in the theater with the Lounge seats to watch MonkeyMan. Seats are very comfy still, so that's great, the not great thing was having two employees downstairs, one taking tickets, who ended up doing double duty and helped the one guy on Concessions. The line was almost to the entrance, it took over 30 minutes to get to the counter. Missed a good 5 minutes of the intro to the movie, but I was already invested in waiting in line. Restrooms have not had any money invested into them. Still have the crappy seats in some of the other theaters, but if you can get the Lounge ones, very nice even after a year...
Read moreWhile these theatre's have come a llloooonnng way & made going to the movies a pleasurable experience again...there continues to be growing pains. More staff is needed at the onset of a beginning movie. EVERYONE bombards the concession stand with MAYBE 2 staff members accommodating 1 line. The potential for revenue I being lost as people walk off in defeat as the likelihood of waiting in line means missing the beginning of a movie...which you paid to see in it's entirety. Having ALL registers open as doors open & movies begin would mean shorter lines & more income. Personally, I write-off the popcorn & nachos (which I love...and is profit for owners) bc I don't want to miss the beginning of the movie. Perhaps consider "self-serve" with well supervised stations. Consider a conjunction with Taco Bell booth or Pizza Hut/Domino's booths. Variety! Just a thought...I wanna see this flourish as it's the surrounding area's ONLY source of outside...
Read more‼️Horrible. It’s frustrating that the Uvalde Forum 6 theater doesn’t care to accommodate families with their request of “No Salty popcorn.” Or perhaps it’s just laziness of the employees not wanting to lift a finger. I’ve had this request since I don’t know when and it’s never ever been a problem. I’m not sure why the female employee assumed that every individual loves to eat a tub of salt. It’s pretty offending. She stated she was not able to accommodate my family and also stated the machine was “already off”. I walked over to talk to Tim the manager, who stated they were able to make fresh popcorn with “no salt” and didn’t understand why she said she couldn’t make it. I believe the employees need to get with the program that not everyone eats...
