What an awful experience. There were too many negatives to try and tell a story or build them into a narrative, so here’s the bullet point summary
The portion size is a joke. I’ve never once considered portion size when reviewing a restaurant before, but this stands out. When you order the “taco entree” you get a giant plate with two tiny, 3 bite tacos on it. The tacos barely had anything on them, and the diner entree was literally 5-6 bites of food. The pork belly tacos were just a piece of pork (that was smaller than the comically small tortilla) and pineapple salsa. That’s it. And it wasn’t a fluke, or just that one particular taco dish because 2 other people in my group got taco entrees and had the same sad excuse for dinner put in front of them.
Service was terrible. The waiter didn’t bring us a round of drink refills until we had been done and waiting for the check for some time.
Prices are horrendous. They look ok until you see the tiny portions and realize that no sides come with the entrees. For an additional $5 you can add a mediocre Rice and beans plate that almost brings you up to a meals worth of food. The big daddy nachos or whatever they were called were $20, and is the smallest nacho app I’ve ever seen a restaurant offer, and very light on toppings (the $6 up charge from the no protein nachos gets you about 1 cup of ground beef lightly sprinkled over the top)
The child’s meal taco plate comes with more food than the adult meals. It’s also just 2 little tacos but at least they get loaded up with meat.
There’s no parking, you have to steal parking from the nearby apartment complex. They have a parking lot, but it’s filled with seating for some unknown reason, there’s no way this place pulls a crowd needing even a quarter of those tables.
The layout has terrible acoustics for a restaurant. There were only two or three other tables taken when we were there and the place was so loud and full of echoes you have to yell to be heard two chairs away.
What kind of Mexican restaurant charges for chips and salsa?!?!
I’m sure there were other points we laughed at while we were there that I’m forgetting, but you get the idea.
For the good: The overpriced guacamole was decent.
The kids chocolate milk looked fancy and had a chocolate swirl on the glass (which it better for $4.50 for an 8oz glass)
That’s it for the good.
Overall impression, this is someone’s first time opening a restaurant, they have no idea what they’re doing and won’t be able to afford to stay open very long. The decor looked brand new; which makes sense because there’s no way this business model makes it 6 months before going under. Mexican restaurants are known for giving you way too much food, it’s the tradeoff for serving meals using inexpensive ingredients. You should never spend $40+ a head at a place like this and walk out wondering where the nearest burger place is.
Do yourselves a favor and drive 5 minutes to Taco...

Clean restaurant, quiet atmosphere (although it was mostly empty so that could change) and a fantastic waitress! Also my wife said the corn with toppings was good - I'm not a corn with toppings person so I'll defer to her judgement. If it wasn't for the really good waitress this would only be a two star kind of place.
We received a giftcard so we tried this place out. We had the corn with toppings, chips and queso, and the valentina tacos and shrimp tacos.
The food is very overpriced for what it is. My wife and I left contented - but that was based on it being a 'free' meal because of the gift card. We both agreed the food is not worth what's being asked. There is a taco place down the road from al pastor that has better tacos much cheaper.
The problem with the food is everything is extremely bland. I understand this is Pennsylvania and spicy is a sin but there was no flavor at all. The queso was so bland you almost couldn't tell it was cheese.
I asked if they had any kind of spicy house salsa I could mix in with the queso. In a flash a bowl of chunky green salsa appeared. That salsa had flavor, but it lacked anything more than the most mild spice.
The two types of tacos we tried were not supposed to be spicy. I understand that. Shrimp and short rib usually have their own tangy or hearty flavors - unfortunately these did not. The two tiny tacos have token amounts of protein and were piled high with chopped tomato. Unsurprisingly the only real flavor was - you guessed it - chopped tomato.
We appreciated the gift card but I don't see any reason to go back here. Considering how empty it was, apparently...

As a Mexican restaurant, this one does not disappoint. The waiting time was not too long and the complementary dish made it seem like a very short wait. The dish was chips and salsa—a classic, and made the experience even better.
There are a lot of reasons I love this place but the most important is their food. Their nachos are definitely one of my favorites. I liked how we could add what we would like. We ordered a salad and the flavors were extraordinary. It is a healthy item that I can gladly eat. These items are definitely our go-to dishes.Whether you go on a sunny or cloudy day—the food will not disappoint you.
Also, It has such a beautiful environment including live music and performances. After we ate we walked around the area and thought that we would definitely be coming back. There were many seating options including outside and inside. It was very clean even when sitting outside. It is a convenient place since it is not so far from where I live. I love going to this restaurant in Spring when all the flowers are blooming and it is not too hot. This is a place to visit on any occasion either birthday’s or any other important day for families.
