Their service is great. The people working there are great. My complaint is about the store itself. I mean they always dont have what we ask for. That is one of the problems. Doordash orders always get cancelled or items not available. I wouldnt recommend this particular location for that reason. EDITING this review: i also saw other people mentioning that strawberry ice cream or bananas not available 2 years ago. I mean whaaaaat, even today they dont have. Hot fudge is not hot. Ok. Pistacio flavor not available ok. Cholocate flavor not available ok. Half of the topings not available ok.

I placed a custom cake order 3 days before I needed it. The lady told me to come at 10am Saturday, Aug 27 which is the earliest time I can get the ice cream cake. I got there at 10am and the manager had no clue where my cake was - they're talking in the back that the cake was suppose to be made for SUNDAY, Aug 28th. I had a receipt which says due Aug 27. They resolved it but I did not get the cake I ordered even though I came in well advance to place the order. DO NOT get your custom cake here if expect it to be done right. Have ordered both in store and through door dash...since there are new owners, customer service and quality are non-existent. I ordered a bagel with extra cream cheese and got a scraping. I asked for more, and was told that is all they are allowed to use. I offered to pay for it and was refused. I'm sorry, you won't allow me to purchase this?
